That's true.
I already bought the charger but kept forgetting to charge my mom's Vios during the weekend.
Since I stay in condo, when charging I'll have to be around the car.
The battery will get a good charge when the rpm is 2k with the car is moving. What I did is I always shift my gear to N when stuck, set AC blower to 1 with less cooling.
The best method to preserve the battery is don't get stuck in the jam, use Google map for shortest time travel.
