Change to VOC is not automatic but you don;t need to change. Not mandatory. I upgraded mine few months ago the old fashioned way. The kiosk machine at JPJ can also update but never tried it and no one (JPJ staff) to ask but not many people and I just use counter 

When purchased the car I think Perodua is using AXA. I thought want to use Etiqa on Maybank website like my previous car because it is easy and no need to leave home. I tried AXA online and found out the amound is the same as Etiqa. However, the SA in Perodua office quote cheaper by RM50 even though the online renewal got discount 10%. So, just drop by Perodua and renew it. This way you also get Perodua emergency service (like AAM) free which worth RM60 annually. So, I think why not? Yes, other insurance also provide this service as well now. That is why AAM cannot pay salary and on the brink of bankruptcy (not sure status now  )

perodua sc usually do it for you also. you may find perodua to do it for u.

what i did last time was. i called a few insurance company and ask them to quote me the price. and i found the cheapest basic insurance (exclude windshield, flood... and include towing) is etiqa. with or without discount in the end u just look at the amount u need to pay, cause i notice my previous insurance even give me 20% discount,  in the end price still more expensive than etiqa.

after that go to myeg to buy the road tax. rm20 delivery charge + gst is rm9.28. delivered the next day before noon if you make your transaction before noon.

So is ertiga good ? I check online quote it is 722.70 include windshield coverage 120 , btw I check with a lot insurance kurnia really the worst , it only assure 21k for my car yet ertiga assure 24k , still kurnia windshield coverage 190 , and total cost 750 , aig giving the highest sum assure for my manual axia 26k . The total I need to pay about 790 only

i rather pay rm10 for them to ship the road tax to me, because it is a hassle need to drive to post office, queue up.. parking...  end up didn't save much also.

another fun fact about my experience. i checked my quotation few times before i made my purchase. the first time i checked was insuring rm25000 at rm395.43, then .. a week after my survey later when i decide to purchase, it became insuring rm24000 at rm384.26.  saved rm10

Why you need gear 1? Auto don't have 2, 3, or 4 either! 

How you know. What about 6 gear auto? What about auto car with 2, 3 and D or L and D?

When you start your car pressing on brake pedal, the auto car already considered as in gear 1 since it will move forward once you release the brake    Nothing is missing here 

Actually no point you rev too high and too long in 1st gear. Even im using manual also, if i wanna smoke other also, i dont over rev in 1st gear. All noise but lesser power to the tyres (but maximum torque la)

For auto, if you floor your accelerator, the car may hold the 1st gear for a longer period of time at high rpm (but dont expect to hit redline or rev limiter la) before it change to 2nd gear.

Also do note that for auto, gear ratio is different than manual cause they only got 4 gears + 1 lockup.

So the first gear ratio in auto is already in between 1st gear and 2nd gear.
gear 2 = 3rd gear of manual
Gear 3 = 4th gear of manual - 1:1 ratio
Drive gear without lockup = in between 4th and 5th gear.
Drive gear with lockup engaged = 5th gear.

When you want to drag and overtake every cars at traffic light, you start with 2nd gear .... not 1st gear. Just press on clutch, shift to 2nd gear, step on gas pedal and release the clutch. You don't start with 1st gear 

Any 1 here encounter sudden mati engine for axia auto ?

its during 5pm. hot day. and  i dont add additives.. coz my previous car after use additive the throttle body or whatever thing seems like something resisting when revving. so i dont use those additive anymore in axia.

yaya.. coz auto engine stall is so terrible for me.. hope that wont hapen again.

RON97 will become wasted money why? Not RON 97 have higher burning ratio than RON95?
For Axia FL Engine compression 11.5:1 is better to use RON97?
