A lot of bank no longer count JOMPAY for cash back entitlement, but you can try credit card under AEON, there is 2% cash back via online bill payment.

2% cash back for Aeon online payment includes JomPay too?

Nope, just normal online bill payment, it doesn't have JOMPAY function.

For big figure purchase, may be you can try HLB essential card, <RM7k is 0.4%, >RM7k 1% uncapped cash back, or OCBC cashflo with uncapped 0.5% with Auto-IPP somemore if over RM 500 spending, for point, I think MBB treat points still the best.

For petrol and groceries, can try Maybank Islamic Mastercard Ikhwan Gold Card, 5% rebate on petrol and groceries on Friday and Saturday, capped at maximum of RM50.00 per customer per month (Principal Cardmember only), you can also get 5% cash back via Maybank 2 Card AMEX (but in the end you need to pay 2 cards SST).

For large figure purchase, you can try Hong Leong Essential, below RM 7000 0.4%, RM 7001 and above 1%, unlimited. If your large figure transaction via online, can try OCBC titanium 0.1+0.9% unlimited. If you want to have auto-IPP 6 months and 0.5% cash back unlimited, can try OCBC cashflo.

Since annual fee is a must, probably standard chartered LFC and JOP not suitable to you, although it is waivable but not 100%. You can try OCBC titanium for online transaction unlimited 1%.

3. Card required for:
Emergency. Or use airmiles or points when spending

4. Existing credit cards (if any):

5. Interested in CC from:

6. Others:
Card for emergency only.

Anyway to sidetrack a little bit, is there any other products besides credit card that can be used for emergency purpose? I can't think of any, or maybe because there's none.
*
If you are looking for airmiles point, you can try to look for Maybank 2 Cards, AMEX has low rate of air miles conversion. For emergency fund purpose, are you talking about personal loan? Your credit limit can rescue you. Or you just tick agree of bank product promotion, especially stand chart, HSBC, they like to call to offer you loan.

You can use e-wallet to pay bill at Pos Office Kiosk to earn point/coin. It also depend on your TNB amount, I know like Alliance Younique, RM 3000 get RM 42, over RM 3k is 0.3%.

Nowadays not many credit card provide bill payment cash back, anyway, if you use Public Quantum Vsa paywave for grocery/shopping (min. RM30), you can enjoy 5% cash back. Bill payment example like TNB, you can use Public Quantum Master (5% online cash back) reload to TNG-Ewallet, then pay it at 7-11.

4. Existing credit cards (if any):
Maybank2Card AMEX Plat
PB VS
CIMB CR (to be cancelled)
Maybank FCB (to be replaced)
SCB JOP

5. Interested in CC from: Preferably Maybank as I'm used to it, but open to other options.

6. Others: -

Looking for something to replace the Maybank FCB (general purpose) and CIMB CR (Dining) Any good alternative? Currently the PB VS and SCB JOP maxed out on BP reload. Prefer a card that can use for petrol (any days), dining and online. For online, prefer those that offer vouchers/discount.
*
If you want any day petrol transaction cash back, dining, can choose Citibank cash back (RM 10 (10%) minimum spend RM 500)or cash back platinum (RM 15 (10%) minimum spend RM 1.5k). Online e-wallet reload? 10% for Grab also.

Online shopping like shopee and lazada.
*
Maybank just launched a shopee visa credit card, 2%-5% coin cash back, perhaps you can check. If you want attractive cash back credit card for lazada or shopee, can try public bank quantum master card (5%), its visa card paywave 5% (min transaction RM 30).
