1. you can request to Staffs/Mods to create a new topic.

2. As a Topic Starter (TS), you are responsible to maintain the OP (original post) with details and keep the info accurate/updated.

3. There is no demand or large user base that demand a dedicated topic.

Maybe you can create a general BIMB or BMMB topic, but again, it must have demand or enough info/interest to keep the topic active and ongoing healthy discussions.

final update 6 Nov: called CS again to followup escsalation report (created since 10 Oct). no updates from branch side. CS promised to contact the branch PIC to follow up my case.

later in the evening, branch PIC contacted me via whatsapp to request for documents:

1. payslip bulan 10
2. bank statement bulan 10
3. kwsp 25
4. Copy ic

sign 1 page on the cc application form, PIC said no need fill details as he requested details via whatsapp directly from me. he will fill up the form himself.

it seems like the MAP application portal is basically USELESS and just redirect to respective branch to follow-up & process application.

basically, no cc application automation. to get bank muamalat card faster, better walk-in branch and fill in the cc application form (or prefill first before going)

2nd, no details from website, what you see is what we see

no harm trying but set your expectation very low (to get the card fast)

define "calculations seems off", from what your expectation. 3% from total spending?


how about other variations of calculations?

1) 3% cb per transactions, then sum up all cb amount? else...

2) 3% cb per transaction, then round down first, then sum up all cb? else, try round up and sum all cb? else...

2) any txn posted after statement date?


per t&c: "3.13 Transaction performed during current month cycle, but late presentment will be excluded from Cash Back computation for that current month cycle."

not because of "gold card" la .... the whole bank wouldnt take the risk to onboard you

many variations to review your financial "health"

they may not have high risk appetite to onboard you/your "high commitment"; without considering repayment capability (could be transient, no guarantee)
