Having said that, I really hope they improve their coverage. Their network coverage is really poor especially indoors.

But one thing UMobile really improved on is their customer service response time. Now you can get hold of a customer service without the need to wait for so long like last time.

So they will charge the full phone price to the credit card, or it is for auto-debit purpose?

hmmm just switch from celcom 38 to umobile 28.
noticed that about 9pm - midnite, the network performance is really bad.
i would think its congestion because early in the morning about 6 - 7am its really fast. youtube without buffering.
good value though for the video onz and unlimited music for spotify.
now thinking of switching to maxis hotlink or oneplan cause network performance is still really the best but with premium price.

B4 this can easily get fullbar 4g signal
And connections between 7 to midnite like using edge ler
