120 days is more than enough time to secure all the approvals and loan disbursement to get the prop la. Especially since this is a freehold prop.

You just need to take leave and get your ass moving to chase for the relevant approvals and documents. Most of the time within 90 days settle. Unless you're the type who just throw to lawyer and expect them do everything for you without you chasing then gg la. But I guess my lawyer so far been good, she kena harass by me kao kao before d so now when I buy prop from auction, she will work on it on high priority to avoid me bugging her. Lol.

Residential overhang growth almost doubles in 1H17

PETALING JAYA (Oct 27): The residential overhang rose by 55.4% to 20,876 units valued at RM12.3 billion in the first half of 2017 (1H17), up from 13,438 units worth RM7.6 billion in 1H2016, according to the “Economic Report 2017/2018”.

Notably, the overhang in 1H16 only rose by 28.3% in 1H2016 from a year ago.

Kedah had the highest overhang at 20.9%, followed by Johor at 18.2% and Selangor at 17.6%.

“However, the property market is expected to adjust accordingly in the long-run given the robust economic prospects,” it said.

most of the time, successful bidder will not be able to obtain loan within the allowable period. u go bid when u r really sure, you can pay the purchase price in time. (90 days)

go google, search. alot will pop up.
