Now the promo are 1 - 3 months tenure (HLB , RHB),  it will for go your fresh fund status requirement.
The HLB promotion is confusing to me.

QUOTE(maserati @ Jan 30 2018, 11:50 AM)
I've checked with hlb already. To qualify for this you need to sign up their savings endowment plan at the same time. You have to deposit 10k per year for 5 years into this savings plan. In order to get back the 50k amount in full, you can only do it from the 8th year onwards. If not then there'll be a penalty. Eg. If you withdraw the 50k on the fifth year you'll only get back 45k.
*
Hmm... like that It's not pure FD already,

Can forget about it.

thanks for your clarification btw. thumbsup.gif

Basic savings account is the best because you don't get charged annual fee. That RM20 in CIMB for example is still your money, not charged to you. If you ever close the account you can get it back.

Oh really?

thanks for the clarification. thumbup.gif
