I thought provided is fresh funds and amount more than 10k then eligible already?

Lesaon learnt today is that need to talk with correct person and the person willing to take further step help you ASK..

I did not know the condition how HLB to choose with eFD is entitle to the promotion. I had 4 eFD placed in Feb20, only 2 of them got sms offered to renewed at 3.95%. not sure why. Those sms that i replied before their offer deadline got renew with their offered rate.
