Tried to do MBB FD and funds deducted from my FPX bank but not reflected in MBB! Always got problem with MBB

MBB must be the most inefficient bank, every promo sure got problem. They shud just return to the stone age and forgo online banking as their people suck at IT apps 1282009, socratesman, and 5 others liked this post

Continuing with the MBB saga I spoke to their customer service dept again today and they said it is not their fault but lies with the FPX system and i should monitor for a credit back to my bank account. IMHO I fail to agree as FPX seems to fail only with MBB promos 1282009 liked this post

MBB never apologises and despite being inefficient makes $$ that's why it couldn't be bothered with improving its image

Even if MBB does not give financial compensation for their continuous online slip-ups, a public apology is the very least they can do for their account holders. But it is obvious that we account holders are NOT key stakeholders so they let nature to take its course. I for one will have a policy of making them last resort for placement LoTek liked this post

Apart from the online FD transactions that went in limbo I read also that some customers' duitnow transfers became giro instead. Common result people's transactions are delayed by 2-3 days. Is someone making a fast buck on 2-3 days interest off our money? Inside job? I would stay away from doing any MBB online transactions as I don't trust them now.

Just to inform fellow users, BNM has replied to my MBB compliant and basically they said relay your complain to MBB first and if not satisfied then complain to BNM. So basically they hv no time for us so I would advise fellow users be careful, be happy MBB returned yr money. Meantime expect the same inefficiency from our leading banking institution as our authorities are apparently too busy 1282009 liked this post

Just boycott them, they are not the only bank in town. Just not worth the hassle dealing with them
