I faced the same issue. The email with the welcome voucher came (xx% for your next purchase) after I bought my first item.
For my second item, I tried to apply the welcome voucher but rejected. Lazada told me it's for the first purchase.... next purchase has different meaning depending on when you receive it.
Was given an RM20 sorry code with no min purchase.

missing RM10 Digi TopUp which Total i purchase RM10 *3. Status said fully delivered but i only received RM20. Email CS give me RM10 sorry code to TopUP but unusable. Ask me to try after 20hr, still unusable. Gave me new RM10 sorry code to TopUp again it f*cking not working! What the actual f*ck, it's just 10 bucks can't they just make it quick? Althought CB already tracked all the TopUp
