any aircon with bad maintenance will have the same problem

guise, anyway we can contact the seller in lazada directly?

eyeing some stuff that is quite pricey and slow moving stock

might as well ask the seller for 10% discount rather than buy thru lazada and they have to give the 10% to lazada as commission

i got an offer from amazon uk which is rm 500 cheaper, even with expedited shipping (4 days) + import taxes
