Need some advice, what's the difference between
1. upgrade current unifi 20 to unifi adv 30
2. Terminate current unifi and subscribe unifi adv 30.

My.unfi agent insist wan me to terminate it, because commission are different?

Unifi pro user only get to choose 1 of this 3 options, i already cheack with TM live chat. you guys can check with TM live chat now too.

Will be getting free upgrade to 50Mbps . Was hoping tm could offer me better discount since contract is expiring this month. Don't know which thank you surprise option 1 to 3 to choose from.

Looks like 50Mbps will be enough for home users for next 3 years.

Just check https://www.tm.com.my/thankyousurprise and give confirmation on that site already can? Now just need to wait for it or they will still send sms or email to asked?

Edit : just checked mail after i confirm on website and tm already send the thank you surprise email. Now just need to wait for them to upgrade

Why don't you upgrade to Advance30 now?
Even if you pay the extra RM20 for voice calls, it is still cheaper than RM219.
After the free upgrade, you will be paying RM199 for Advance50 with free calls.

I got a call once to upgrade from 30Mbps to 50Mbps but monthly to 209.. wait.. exactly like their promo right now..

Honestly, our broadband bill is very expensive compare to other countries/region.. Don't double the speed.. half the price.. makes me happier!

its called free speed upgrade, not make same price and free speed upgrade.

Started with VIP5 @ RM149 since Feb 2013, rejected multiple offers to upgrade from 2014 onwards till late last year.  Got the free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 around Sept'16 at same cost, and finally decided/agreed to take their offer in mid Dec'16 to upgrade to ADV30 @ RM159 with Jumbo hypp tv package minus the free call, but tied to another 2 years of contract and 1 year equipment warranty.  Was told I won't be eligible for further free speed upgrade this year since I've received the free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 last year.

Just check the "Thank You Surpise" site and to my surprise, I am entitled to free upgrade to ADV50 again!  So not a bad deal for 50Mbps with Jumbo hypp tv package  @ RM159 if I really get another round of upgrade!  :-)

try connect direct lan with your router from ur pc/laptop and do a speedtest. homeplug I think some of us already stated single phase and three phase will give different speed thru out homeplug...single phase will have better performance right?. if not mistaken laa

Will the subs from VIP5 free upgrade to VIP10 be entitled for the 30mbps as well? I see all only the new subscribers are getting the free upgrade, whereas the older ones whom sub from unifi early days macam get nothing.

Recently I face one problem not sure is Apple or TM problem my unifi cant update iTunes  and even I try to download from website also cant run. Can anyone prove this problem?
