unifi kelentong exisitng user 30mb still did not receive 50mb upgrade.

also cant access xda and some other site. Wechat also cant sign in using Unifi.

really? i called they said i need to top up. i took up the promo one. billed me 221.55 every month.

not worth it to topup. every week at least one day always disconnect and could not connect. every time have to call tm service centre for hard reset.

about to move house in seri kembangan. later scared they could not connect due to no more port.

really prefer the old occ unifi coverage checker page to come back..

i have no idea. never used hypptv since installation as i have astro full package.

TM does not give me the option to cancel the hypptv

I went to tmpoint, the staff told me will start upgrade on JAN 2017.

but facebook tm replied start from Jan 2017, upgrade to be done in phase....

It depend on your area.
TM POINT is the one who help u to upgrade.
And the FB replied from EVERYONECONNECT fb ( tm ofifcial fb), it said will start upgrade on JAN.
U may check with them.

everyone experience speed capping? my unifi capped to 20mbps since last week,already restart my router and modem still same.. 

Mine capped at 28Mbps, but torrent download can reach 3.1Mb/s

I'm on 30mb package with Aneka as well. Can go to TM point to change to ruby pack without any additional monthly cost? That's very good. At least my HyppTV can come out from the box again.

Tm customer service has improved, very responsive and patient. The tm man came this morning to check after the first port reset didn't seem to work, checked everything. It seems it is my PC that is slow. Speediest by Wi-Fi, says the speed is correct.

If your contract expired, then terminated it. Ask your colleague apply new one. Easy solution to solve all in one.

50mbps unifi will get free upgrade into 100mbps?????

This is just an example, i also got this info today by the ISP agent company i joined recently. The info they get is from TM.

You pay RM179 for Advance30 which is not in the chart, therefore, no free upgrade for you. :confused:  :confused:  :confused:
Maybe only those who are paying full price for their package will get the free upgrade?

unifi give free iflix, but how to watch iflix on tv? already donwload iflix from google play using hypptv android box..but iflix keep asking account & password.

when using laptop, it automatcially login without asking any account or password.
