Strange as this is not the first time I use UniFi for my company's VPN, it worked previously before I went for year end break. Even when I went back and used my sister's Streamyx, I can connect too.
What could be the issue? TM or my router?

Is there anyone using Cisco AnyConnect VPN for their company laptop? I tried to connect today as I was working from home and it cannot connect to the VPN. I switched to my mobile hotspot and it works, then I disconnected my hotspot and let it connect to my UniFi WiFi, then it can connect.

QUOTE(westlife @ Jan 10 2017, 03:49 PM) ic. if torrent, no issue actually as one will watch the video only after full download. No la. Different. You will need to use Kodi to understand this. 1GB file just requires 5 mins to download at a maximum speed of 3.2Mbps even a 20GB file will just takes 1.5 hrs. |

I game in HK server can get 1000+ ping. Usually its below 100ms QUOTE(sp6068 @ Jan 11 2017, 10:04 PM) It is wired. Problem from their side, not mine. Maybe you can try too. |

QUOTE(westlife @ Jan 11 2017, 10:38 PM) certainly it is TM side issue, it is unlikely that so many of us who are located at different areas to have the same issues for the past many days. I have no slowness though. In PJ area. today my apps download from app store is totally not moving at all. similar problem i saw it was reported previously. Same IP address since I called to reset port on 9th Jan's night. Regarding Apps Store issue, I will try out in a while. |

QUOTE(westlife @ Jan 11 2017, 10:46 PM) it is not slowness, but rather the unstable connectivity with youtube app (experience randomly since last week, not happen everytime, but once in a while). Apps Store issue is not something uncommon for UniFi. You will have that issue every few months. Nothing new. if it needs to reset BTU or wifi router or ask up 100 to reset port, it is actually a fault from TM side. normal circumstances for a stable connection, it should not even need to do that. app store problem only faces today. OK, no instability issue too. Been watching YouTube non-stop since just now. Nevertheless, OK now. |

QUOTE(ljf123 @ Jan 12 2017, 11:15 AM) currently in 10mbps Yes, better cancel it off and register again. I supposed your contract is already over.It is not a good deal i know I might as well terminate current plan and add RM179 subscribe 30mbps to get free upgrade to 50mbps QUOTE(westlife @ Jan 12 2017, 11:16 AM) i think the rm169 is the price after GST. so the price without GST is rm159, which it should match the price that some had received the offer previously. Well all know that price is before GST. If with GST will not be a round no. It has decimal. haha. so it is importantly to ask the price from the sale person if the price is before or after GST. |

QUOTE(chan01 @ Jan 12 2017, 12:42 PM) i saw some payed RM 179 for 30 mbps + Ruby package, how come i payed RM 200 inclusive of gst? Does RM 179 inclusive GST or exclusive? RM 179 exclusive of GST. Plus GST it is RM 189.75.Mine was initially Aneka package but they dropped me SMS and gave me free upgrade to Ruby package with no cost, no contract extension and free RM 20 AEON voucher. More than happy to accept. |
