Is there anyone using Cisco AnyConnect VPN for their company laptop? I tried to connect today as I was working from home and it cannot connect to the VPN. I switched to my mobile hotspot and it works, then I disconnected my hotspot and let it connect to my UniFi WiFi, then it can connect. If I started fresh from UniFi, it will not work.

Strange as this is not the first time I use UniFi for my company's VPN, it worked previously before I went for year end break. Even when I went back and used my sister's Streamyx, I can connect too.

What could be the issue? TM or my router?

Tried earlier but didn't work. Now it has started to work again, albeit it is slow to reach the enter PIN part. Well, at least it works now. Will try few times, tried few times just now, percentage of success is quite high. Maybe my laptop wasn't getting used to my UniFi as I seldom work from PJ home, usually from hometown and I seldom bring work back to home to do at night.

I called TM due to my disconnection issue earlier and they reset my port, all is well now. Maybe you can try too.

Well, so long it is stable, I don't mind if it is Club 28/47/94.

I have no slowness though. In PJ area. Disconnection issue which I had earlier also solved.
Same IP address since I called to reset port on 9th Jan's night.

Apps Store issue is not something uncommon for UniFi. You will have that issue every few months. Nothing new.

OK, no instability issue too. Been watching YouTube non-stop since just now. My connection memang stable all this while, all these years just that after I came back from long holiday, it started to disconnect.

RM 179 exclusive of GST. Plus GST it is RM 189.75.
Mine was initially Aneka package but they dropped me SMS and gave me free upgrade to Ruby package with no cost, no contract extension and free RM 20 AEON voucher. More than happy to accept.
