Do you need sunlight or any light source will do?
Because I've try putting under the fluorescent bulb last night but nothing changed. Still "low".

LED or normal light will do but if the battery is very weak, I recommend putting it under the sun...

heheh i putting under fluorescent bulb (not charging at all)...then i use hp flashlight around 2 hour (power on but C blinking)...lastly i put on car dashboard around 30 min (use car tinted to reduce direct sun absorption)...

so,conclusion is...solar need sun to charge..heheheh..but dun overcharged because it will damage your battery n solar film...(Solar Battery not easy to find and expensive )

just charge with sun thru window as filter...more than enough...no need direct sunlight.
solar battery also can easily get in service center.

what im trying to say is..solar need sun for fast charging rate..not other light sources..
