Don't feel bad! I experienced same thing at Focus Point.
They insisted that all 3 terminals don't support Wave.

I'm kind of skeptical on the contest information update
I'm not sure how high is the accuracy as it didn't show how many counts of eligible transactions for the contest.
Next, if the pace of update is slow or delayed like Bixby leaderboard ranking, this could be misleading too!
