Campaign runs from 29 January to 30 April 2018. Shouldn't they wait until at least 1 May to tally up the results and award the phone/PB accordingly?

e.g. i spend 500/1000/600, then i'd probably win a PB for month 2 etc.

BUT

e.g. if I spend 1K for 1st month, 5K 2nd month, and 20K 3rd month and if the top spenders are around 10K, then we should be able to win the Note 8 on 3rd month.

instead of just a power bank on 1st month, and 'disqualified' for month 2 & 3 due to T&C stating cardmember entitled to only 1 campaign gift.
if we follow the above example, marketing company insiders have just removed all the potentially top spenders on 1st month itself and leave themselves with 2 easy Note 8.

another way to look at it is to give chance for people who are late to join, i.e. new card members or any person who saw this campaign and got motivated to sign up in time to join the 2nd or 3rd month.

the onus is on the participants to follow and play around the rules to benefit.

for example, if you expenct you will be spending more on the 2nd month then don't do any transaction on spay one the first month, just use the physical card.

that's my opinion though.

I don't know about your case but for me, I was pretty dead set to aim for it for 1st month. I think it should be the easiest one since they just announced and many will still be unaware. Some big spenders might apply new card and start using on 2nd and 3rd campaign.

What my miscalculations was is the threshold limits. Was being told wrong info by cs until one final call that actually have the right tnc. I was unable to use my pbb card for all those declined transactions which could have doubled my spending.

I think given how they laid the tnc, my strategy wad pretty clear from day1. Aim for one month and light it up.

Got pink powerbank from pbb. Pink is quite nice wor. At least easier to identify if stolen because pink would be rare...lol

Now that you mentioned it, it does look like gold. I just felt like it's a bit too pinky to call it gold. Something like bronze colour.

I too totally stopped once I hit level 16. But I know there is a forumer here who leveled up to Level 17, even though he didn't get any reward points.

I still use it occasionally, mostly for settings that are too deep in the list.

It's a common assurance, even in other banks' cards. In my case RHB. I keep track of my transactions for this exact reason. Rhb can go up to 30 transactions or RM1000 cumulative or 10 transactions in a day, but sometimes I have to reset not even before 10 transactions or reaching the amount limit. When I called the bank CS they said I have reached the limit when I know for a fact I haven't. Lol.

if you feel your card giving alot problems just change it. I am using maybank i was able to make 50 transaction a day during the X2 spay rewards. No point keep complaining about the card

This happen to me too. And, have no idea if the limit of transaction got any time frame or not, like rm250 per day for MBB visa. This pbb doesn't seems to have time frame on its x times limit.
