If I were you, I would try to register the product on Samsung Members. Whatever slip that came with it, just keep it altogether in the box.

Right. That makes sense. Warranty should follow the standard one. It doesn't mean that a redeemed product is any lesser value than a purchased one. Whatever we redeemed is still what we earned in months.

When you signed up for your samsung account, did you fill up your last name? You can check this at the Samsung Members app. Look at your profile and see if everything is complete. Then try the redemption again.

It may or may not work. No harm trying.

I found this online where this user had problem redeeming but upon completing the profile, i.e. the last name, it worked.

I don't think online transaction will reset it. They still want chip and pin. I had once got a "Do Not Honour" before. When I called and asked PBB CS, their system did not detect any failed transaction or any transaction at all. And when I tried spay with another merchant right after, it went through. I did not reset anything. So I'm thinking that this "Do Not Honour" could be merchant related? PBB couldn't help much as their system didn't capture anything. But when I got a "Frequent Limit Exceeded" or "Transaction is declined", then those transactions were captured in their system, they advised me to use pin to reset it.

Ya, RM100 is a little more difficult. It requires a bit of planning to make sure you get 2 swipes in a week. Last campaign was RM50 x 4. Anyway, when this campaign ends, they will usually have another one.

For those who have problems with the redemption of rewards (cannot press confirm), someone on fb who experienced the same issue ended up doing a factory reset and now he said he can redeem already.
