run for 30 min everyday.

cut meals down,

drink 4 litres of water everyday (for hydration purposes and cleansing)

100 sit ups
100 squats
10 km running.

Every single day. Don't sleep with aircond on. If you're working out during the morning, eat 1 banana is fine.

No, that is not effective enough. You have to alternate it to get best results. Do 100 one day and 200 the next day then 300 after that and back to 100 to shock your body. Drink only cold water.

Eat bread 2 slices for breakfast and 3 slices for dinner, adjust when to eat the slice to prevent hungry before sleep/while working. Lunch balance meal but small portion. Exercise morning hike stairs around 20 floors, evening do pushup and sit ups.

No other foods. Diet is 80% exercise is 20%.

Weekend don't lie on bed, go around, avoid oily foods.

You'll notice changes first week itself
