DCI rates depends on prevailing market, and also your choice. You can choose the forex rates which determines the interest rates (determine by market volatility). It changes minutes to minutes. So you have to contact your RM to get the forex rates and interest rates at the time of entering contract

Yesterday's 2.86/7 was the forex mkt closing rate on last Saturday morning !

But will drop to 2.855 or lower by this month-end,...I'm quoting interbank rate from Yahoo Finance.
