Oh No NO....those were earlier companies I invested in.  smile.gif  These are mining companies with operations outside of US. It may be a reason why I do not have to pay with holding tax for my divs. Hansel is lookin into this.

It is only recently I invested in MReits. MRre MOrtgage Reits.  Sorry for the confusion. I am receiving some Divs soon. We will see whether these Divs are subjected to with holding taxes.

Oic.. thanks for clarification.

Can name 1 or 2 Mortgate reits for own research while I m off today ?

QUOTE(Hansel @ Apr 13 2017, 09:10 PM)
Yeah prophet,.. your NRZ divvy will be paid out in April 28th., Friday,.. 48.00 US Cts per share.

If there is a withholding tax imposed, you will receive only 33.60 US Cts per share.

Otherwise, you will receive the FULL 48.00 US Cts per share.

Let's observe together,....

Added : Actually NRZ is a US REIT, into resudential properties, hence, different in investment objectives from Manulife US REIT. The price has been onan appreciating trend for the last 5 tp 6 year, and the divvy payout has been growing from 45 US Cts to 48 US Cts this round !

Judging from all these quick-look data, I noticed this ctr is very attractive. Great work, prophet,...

Divvy payout is quarterly, and the current annualized dpu = 1.92 US Cts. Against the last done price of USD17.28, the yield works out to be 11.12%. If there is going to be a WHT imposed, we will still be able to catch a yield of 7.784%.

Earning 7.784% is always better than earning USD Term Deposit rates,...

it seems our Bro Hansel is agreeing with Prophet's choice.

TLS is a dividend share or cap growth share ? Coz I see the dividend yield is ard 4%++

Buy for regular income is a wise choice, sifu Hansel?

At current price and if they maintain the 31 cents dividend ,the yield is 7.65%
For me it's a dividend share, consistent dividend payout
*
Ryan. Have u factor in the franking credit as well ?

Net dividend is ard 4.3% only => wrongly calculated. should be 7.65%.

I m still looking ard TLS and planning to top up BOQ.

you are right. sorry, I omitted 1 time dividend. it was 7.65%.

Without further ado, here are 3 of my top small cap dividend stocks going at bargain prices…

Collection House Limited (ASX: CLH)

The debt collection agency recently increased its dividend by 15% to 9.1 cents for the 2015 financial year – equating to a fully franked yield of 4.1% at today’s price of $2.23. That grosses up to 5.8% pre-tax. Collection House sneaks along under the radar with a market cap of $298 million, but it may not be long before it appears on the radar of fund managers and investment banking analysts. Yesterday the company posted it’s eighth consecutive year of earnings growth and that looks set to continue. An undemanding P/E ratio of 13.6x also means its cheap.

Tamawood Limited (ASX: TWD)

Home design and builder, Tamawood recently reported a 27% increase in net profit for the 2015 financial year and a total dividend of 25 cents for the year. That equates to a dividend yield of 7.3% at the current price of $3.44. Add in franking and investors are looking at a 10.4% pre-tax yield. Not only that, but Tamawood has a consistent record of increasing dividends and paying high yields over time. The average yield over the past decade is close to 10% according to Commsec. You don’t need ANY capital growth to beat the market with that yield over the long term and with a P/E ratio of 13.7x, Tamawood is also cheap.

MyState Limited (ASX: MYS)

MyState is a diversified financial services company which owns the Rock Building Society, Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees and MyState Bank. The company has around 240,000 customers and today announced an underlying net profit after tax of $29.7 million for the full 2015 financial year. The company declared a 28.5 cent fully franked dividend – equating to a dividend yield of 6.3% at today’s price of $4.56. Grossed up, that’s 8.9% pre-tax. Not only that, but MyState trades on a trailing P/E ratio of 12.9x and has forecast an ‘improvement in underlying earnings’.

Down 10% in three weeks, the Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS) share price is starting to look pretty good at $4.59, isn’t it? This is the lowest shares have traded in almost 4 years. With a 6.8% dividend that grosses up to nearly 10% once franking credits are included, all Telstra shareholders have to do is sit there, do nothing, and retire rich. Right?

Wrong. In the first half of 2017, Telstra paid out 15.5 cents per share in dividends, but it only earned 14.8 cents per share. Telstra paid shareholders more money than the whole corporation earned in the first half of the year.

That’s not as unusual as it might sound. Several times in the past, Telstra has paid a first half dividend that was bigger than its cash flows, because of the timing of payments that make the company’s earnings stronger in the second half. Yet with earnings falling, capital expenditure on its network rising, and the company seeking to saddle itself with even more debt, one has to wonder if the Telstra dividend dance is coming to an end.
