if you're referring to those for when your wounds are healing, try visiting any local pharmacy to ask about it.

Yep, saw Guardian Pharmacy in Malaysia are selling the knee and elbow guards... I think is to protect muscle/joint during exercise/movement and lessen aches after... better go pharmacy and have a look...

DOes those protect me during the crash while on the bike O.o

I think that depends on the thickness of the guards.. like your glove which suppose to protect your hands, end up not that effective... Too thick and your movements are restricted... too thin and less effective... hmm.gif

BTW the brand I saw in pharmacy is Ebene:

since pinkbike don't want to entertain me.. i saw on ebay for under RM140.. + RM20 for shipping...

worth considering since my sram professional set seems a bit lousy after a while or it was wrongly installed...

think i seen the mechanical one being sold at KSH before...

i rather jus let the bike shop do it... as it is quite an expensive tool and have to take care of it very much.. and test it's accuracy constantly if you want to be spot on...
*
Ya better go shop and borrow the thing to check the torque value myself... pening seeing diff size/type of nuts/bolts/torque values rclxub.gif

the torque range must ngam those use in bike wor... for example this one (3-15 Nm) should be ok I think...but damn expensive

Ratcheting ¼” drive with 3/8” adaptor
Dial-adjust system allows desired torque setting to be preset.
3-15 Newton Meter range (26-132 Inch Pounds)

I saw conti 4000 just now too, retail price at 189 right?

just got a maxxis detonator.. really feels rough.. i hope the riding comfortableness would not be too bad..

there are some differences between 4000 and 4000s (newer).

4000s with the new Black Chili Compound rolling resistance is reduced by 26%, grip is increased by 30% and mileage is increased by 5%.

The one I saw posted on facebook is 4000s asking price is RM180

Found this post: apparently the writer got confused and got the 4000 (without S) for Rm152
