a-three got cervelo edition? i thought only the CTT models have special cervelo test team labels on it...

the heat moulding trick does help a bit on top of it being a zero stack height shoe...
*
Mind explain more on the zero stack thingy? How does it work? Thanks...

No idea about cycling glasses, but I just use my Cocoons for cycling (during daytime that is)

I'm kinda wary about these insert type of lenses, as I'm worried about how long it may take for your eyes to adjust when you put them on. Anybody has got experience with it before?

think i will go glasses shop tomorrow and ask the optician, see what their suggestion...

Guys, need to ask something about road bike gears..

Let say the bike has a 34x50 crankset and 11-28 cassette, is the calculation below "correct"? Any easier way/short cuts to remember when to change gear, beside keep practicing... newbies...

50 11 4.55
50 12 4.17
50 13 3.85
50 14 3.57
50 15 3.33
50 17 2.94
50 19 2.63
34 14 2.43
34 15 2.27
34 17 2.00
34 19 1.79
34 21 1.62
34 24 1.42
34 28 1.21

p/s: it is a Sram Rival 09 black, 50 x 34 T matching to Shimano 105 CS-5700, 11-28 T...
