Battery I didn’t change since I never use without plug-in the power, also seems it still ok for the moment. My laptop is permanent seat at home and never bring out anymore.

Probably my first and last gaming laptop. For gaming still better stick with PC. Haha!

Yaya, no longer bringing out nowsaday and already replace with PC. Now the laptop is mainly serve as multimedia host instead of gaming. Haha!

It still very solid, I don’t want waste of it. It also still can play few years ago games.

I would like to purchase a Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor Mi Surface 34" 21:9 Gaming WQHD 2K (3440 x 1440),Display as external display to my 2015 illegear Z5 Haswell,
Can it support the 144 Hz on 3440 x 1440? if not, what will happened to it?

Cannot due to Z5 is HDMI 1.4, the maximum for 3440 x 1440 is 50hz only.
Even HDMI 2.0 also up to 3440 x 1440 100hz only.

For getting 3440 x 1440, you need to use DP or HDMI 2.1 but all monitor now don't have HDMI 2.1 except the not yet release LG 27GP950 is the world 1st monitor came with HDMI 2.1

That is the reason why I buy 34" 2560 x 1080 that time and even that resolution I only manage to get 90hz (using custom set).

Success install Windows 11 Latest Beta OS Build 22000.100 to this doesn't meet the minimum requirement Illegear Z5 Laptop.

So far so good. Performance is similar as in Windows 10. Microsoft really should reconsider the CPU support and also removed that TPM 2.0 requirement.

Which drivers you mean? GPU? Long ago I didn't use Illegear one. Always using Nvidia & Intel official driver.
For others driver I always update it as well. Illegear driver is too old already.

This laptop don't have TPM 2.0 and CPU is not in support list.

To make this miracle happen, I follow some tweak online.

I using Method 2 from link below with additional one step from user "Abdulwahab Isam (AL_IRAQI)" comment.

Oh means win 11 can get all drivers via windows update?
Last time I install windows 10 got some drivers missing for SD card and other unknown. Then need to install from their zip files.

So far, no missing driver.

Hi, yup. I am using Rainmeter for this laptop widget.

You can get more fancy widget using Screenstyler for Rainmeter as well.

Skylate suppose have TPM module but this stupid Z5 Bios is so stupid blank and no option to turn on TPM. Haizz...

Bye bye my ILLEGEAR Laptop battery. It is 100% faulty. Officially removed from my Laptop. Since I no longer bringing out the Laptop, battery is unnecessary anymore.

Now my laptop is official mutant to PC 😂
