Hi junkang89,
Yes, we do provide lifetime technical support for ILLEGEAR laptops, but parts replacement will be done at a fee since it is out of warranty. For servicing, kindly find the location to our office here: http://www.illegear.com/getting-here/
Anybody using the z5 gtx 1060 model? Been using it for gaming and the cooling fan gets utterly noisy during load. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Just got it a week ago. Playing the Witcher 3. Temperature rises up to 78/80 as well.

Hi,
Is 78/80C your CPU or GPU temperature? It's normal for the fans to boost up in full load.

Hi Prince,
My illegear z5 which i bought a year back has some battery issues now. When i am plugged in, it says 35% AC plugged in but not charging. Once I unplugged my AC adapter, the laptops powers off and I can't reboot it. Looks like a dead battery? Any suggestions for me to fix this before i send this unit back to you?
I have never felt like throwing a laptop except this Z7. Might have if not for fearing I would damage the wall. Just got it back from the shop yesterday and I am already freezing so hard I have to manually hold the power button 10 seconds. Ctrl+alt+delete won't even come up.

Hi bigboyscave, this seems like a dead battery issue, but we have to check first to check whether is it a battery issue/port issue? Could you PM me your Z5's serial number (located underneath your laptop) to check?

Hi Faris Azri Aswandi, we are truly sorry for hearing this issue, the overheating issue of your laptop were fixed fairly quickly in a few hours but we couldn't perform a complete intensive testing on your laptop because of the limited timeframe (the laptop was requested to be done in a hurry), truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Both reaches to temperature of about 76C and above. Reached 85C also. It has serious heating issues. Fitted with ic diamond thermal paste. How can I solve this? Even on Dota 2 I'm experiencing this. It has only been a week plus owning this laptop.

Normally there is no heating issue on the Z series unless there is huge dust wall or dried thermal compound.
76C is fine for both CPU and GPU. For the 85C, is it CPU or GPU temperature? 85C is normal CPU temperature with Intel Turbo Boost On, it's a bit hot if it's the GPU temperature. You can send your laptop to us for testing, will assist on that.
And btw, which utility you used for monitoring the temperature? Which surface you put your laptop on?

The official reply from Illegear is that my battery is dead after 1 year plus. Anyone having similar issues?
