You have to turn on the air con "on" in order for both the air con in front and the rear to work. The temperature setting in front also controls the temperature behind.

Just finished DIY undercoating on all four wheel arch.

Some parts are not undercoat from factory. Got 1 can of rubberised undercoat to coat those bare body parts. Done this on my previous vehicle, Avanza that had the same on all its four wheel arch. It does help to reduce some tyre noise.

The DIY rubberized under carriage coating does not totally reduce noise, it requires other enhances to do that. This is just one part of it..My previous experience with this coating, the noise of pebbles or stone on a newly tar surface is lowered. Anyway, it is just my personal experience where i have had from the past DIY on my Avanza.

As for suspension comparison between Avanza and BR-V, in my opinion, Avanza is built on a different platform vs BR-V, hence the absorption on uneven road may be different..BR-V suspension is closer to a sedan car, while Avanza is nearer to a van, where a general comment would be the bounciness on our highways. Most Avanza owners opt for a stiffer rear absorbers replacing the original factoey fitted ones to reduce the bounciness.

After a couple of days in my BR-V around town and ourstation drive during the long weekend on various road surface, i think the suspension setup is pretty decent albeit its price. There is not much complain here. I'm a happy and proud owner.

Nope. But I use Meguairs NXT Wax... Actually it's all the same for either paste or liquid/spray... I use liquid coz it's easier apply (though it's meant for rotary/obital buffer coz it's hard to use paste with these machines).



But I planned to use this the next round...

It last for about a week + after applying. The + point is, it is easy application, spray on and wipe off.

Better than not have anything to prevent bird droppings or tree sap causing a permenant stain on the paint. Furthermore, some weekend evening exercise

One good thing about this quick wax, is you can apply it where ever you are... Just carry it with a clean cloth in the car. The only downside to it is it doesn't last as long as those polymer or normal waxes.

So, days you wash your car at home, use those conventional wax while only use quick wax if let's say, you got bird dropping on the bonnet while you're out and after a quick rinse, you apply the quick wax as temporary measure.

Ok noted. So far in terms of good service and review in the past is the Tenaga Setia branch along Federal Hwy. I will try them later if my problem isn't fixed in HZN.

Yup. Managed to fix my car's problem. As mentioned by others, it's the cable to the air vent flap that was fixed/adjusted. No more exhaust fumes into my car's cabin. No charges for the 1k km service and nothing has been changed. They just did any overall car inspection and making sure everything looks in order. Whatever complaints we have, just let them know and they fix it in this service.

I sent mine to HZN Cars, Glenmarie Hicom, Shah Alam. It took abt 1.5hrs for both the 1st service and fixing of the air vent cable. My mileage at that time was about 1300km... couldn't do it sooner as I can only send my car in on Sat and it was a Tuesday when I clocked 1K. I think PotatoChipSnack shud also be in the same boat as me.

why 1500km mileage? should be 1000km for first inspection.

Depends on the gradient of road condition and your throttle/accel pedal play. I usually do a shift-down using the S gear for pick up or engine braking.

You mean if car overtake you, you can feel your car shaking?

May I know does anyone change to white headlamp?

Test drove today. Quite impressive with the power. But not impressive on the NVH (can feel every single bump and pothole =O)
