I ordered the Tafetta White as well. Got the free tint, according to my SA, it is the Llumar house brand.

I'm going to be washing or waxing my car for the next few years until I get bored in later period. Since we have lots of dust and rain, I go with the Meguair NXT wax which is a wax sealant(durable) rather than those carnauba deep gloss & shiny type of wax.

Different type or brand of wax has their resistance to rain. Some last longer than others. Polish is to remove a very thin layer of overcoat on the paint so that it looks new again. Those special coating supposed to over better and longer protection than the wax but you have to use their own car shampoo or a neutral ph shampoo. On top of that, you need to send back for maintenance every 6months or a year depending on brand.

Not sure yet, Last i heard from my SA was Ray tech. The shop is somewhere around PJ. But getting full Tinted with Ray Tech under RM500... :hmm

Hiya guys. Just gotten my ride this morning. Did a short observation on the way to work.

Throttle response is good at lower rpm and pretty decent when getting to higher speed. Didn't push the car since it was raining the whole morning so I had to get used to the characteristic on the car and the tyres too.

I did notice exhaust fumes are pretty strong when following behind a bus or lorry. And I can smell the sewage pond to when I drove past it. Definitely need the AC filter if that's the sound solution. I will bring this up with the SA.

Not sure mine ori or not but I've got it for FOC. Otherwise, you have to pay about RM300plus

got mine (city) foc too at chan sow lin branch. pro = look nicer probably? con = trouble when washing 4 side windows 

Indeed since I previously bought thru her. She's from the HZN Cars, Glenmarie branch.

As for the visor, it depends on individual. Apart for aesthetic, if you're the type who winds down the window a bit(roughly 6cm) to let air in during raining, the visor helps prevent rain water coming in.

Oh regarding to the on board LCD screen. I found out the screen not so easy to read and view until bright sun. You guys are the same issue? what's the solution? need to apply darking screen on it?

The daylight running lights on the headlights cannot be turned off.

It comes on the moment to deactivate the alarm.

I've got a free window visor and a boot tray and a discount for my tint from my SA. Honda gave me this porcelain set with chopsticks, chopstick holders, cutleries in conjunction with the CNY. Sorry I didn't take a photo of this.

My car have some weird sound came frm my left door panel haixx,

I drove my BRV around 100km around KL yesterday, and around 200km+- today with 6 person in car.

My driving experience as below;

1st let me share the thing i dislike the most, if someone who wish to buy this car must consider this issue the most. As per other BRV owner comment earlier, Driving a BRV is like sticking your nose outside the car. During my trip today when i drive pass KFC, bike, and durian lorry...i can smell them all like i was standing right in front it. Wondering if Honda will consider fixing this if all BRV owners complain this matter together. or (maybe add 1 cabin filter ourself might help)

Road noise can be clearly hear inside car when speed above 90km/h.

Other than matter above, my overall driving experience is good! fuel consumption is 13.5km/l (reading in car display). With 6person in the car, the power, gear response, handling & space is good.

guys, tinted 3M 4mil, rm600 incl GST ok ke harga ni? atau ada harga lagi murah utk tinted 3M 4mil? please share your thought.

Yes...i think Honda should take this seriously. But i think it need more customer to complain together. As long there is smell outside you can smell it for sure no matter your car idle or driving.
I'm not good at this...maybe tyre or insulation?
Yeap. i think a group feedback will make some impact...If our is better sound insulation is better than Indonesia & India i cant imagine how terrible is loud is their version... For our version, it seem like no sound insulation at all.
