Hope they fix the audio, camera and rotation bug.. Been holding off until further news on updates..

Bug 1: Low audio when record videos.
- Worldwide "issue".
- It's a double edged sword feature. The Noise Cancelling Mic over-powered the main mic when recording videos. In an extreme noisy environment (eg. inside LRT cabin), the noise cancelling mic plays a good role by cancelling the ambient noise and focusing the conversation between you and your partner as well as public announcement audio is crystal clear. However, when recording a concert, all audio is suppressed until the singer's audio is distorted.

Bug 2: WhatsApp Audio is tiny.
- Same explanation as previous Bug 1.

Bug 3 : Rotation Intermittently Stop Working.
- It happens randomly and without any reasons.
- Can be overcome by lock the device, wait for 10 seconds and unlock back.
- However, I may have solved this bug. I just went back to the Settings > Accessibility > Auto-rotate screen > Off. Then, immediately, go to Settings > Display > When Device is Rotated > Choose "Rotate the contents of the screen". I've monitored this effect for the past 5 days. No more auto-rotate issue since the above actions.

Bug 4 : Push Notifications Not Working after Device is in Deep Sleep.
- Many owners worldwide faced this issue. My unit seems not affected.
- One owner install "Disable Doze" app from PlayStore and claimed to have solve this issue. Battery is not much affected it seems. Refer to LeMoto P2 Official Forum for more details.

All the above is merely software bugs and "should" be solved by OTA(s).

Hardware Issue 1 : External Speaker Excessive Distortion.
- At above 75% volume, the external speaker sound tends to distorted. My unit doesn't have this issue.

Hardware Issue 2 : Camera Break.
- Worldwide but not common.
- Unknown reasons.
- After certain activity/task, when launching the camera app, an error message "Can't Connect to the Camera" and/or "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped".
- Hard reset doesn't solve the camera break issue, and sending to Service Centre is the best options.

Moto M wins on cameras, Type-C port, Dolby-Atmos speaker, Spill-Resistant coating, and weight. Also, Moto M will get Nougat earlier than P2 (my hypothesis). However, having the "bad history" of MediaTek SoCs, one may need to think twice for long term usage. Choose wisely based on your needs and priority.

As exact result mcm state those video, few aspect to consider lor, rom version, batch, made from n etc.. Lor

And btw they are legit supplier for lenovo, samsung n etc brand

Suspect something related to whatsapp-taking pic directly from the apps.

U can do what my kawan did, he test on the spot when he buy p2.

Seems his unit bug free for camera.

whatsapp have many version and not the most reliable app too.me no understand why in the world does anyone wants to take photos from whatsapp app

Coz easy mar. Plus for me never ever happen to other hp this camera bug, including lenovo p780, s3 n so on.. On stock rom of coz

taking photo from stock or other dedicated camera apps i think can consider easy also.why go disturb whatsapp which is supposingly a messaging app with some add on only and give problem and headeach to oneself leh

WhatsApp camera output is horrible, isn't it...? So does other social apps unless real-time filters and cosmetics are important for selfies...

Luckily me is too old to take selfies and the likes....

It's my habit to take pix & vix from stock camera or 3rd party dedicated camera apps..

The problem was with the phone os lor, it's a bug there, heck other people also report here lor.

It's a short cut (which have no issue on older phone or other flagship on stock rom that i have try).

Btw why so defensive on lenovo p2 camera bugs? Got people report here and there lor.

Seems to me like an software issue. Only future updates will let us know if it will be fixed.
