Another good source for Trades.

Kino is good for locals as the discounts not extended to Mail-Order.

Thus, there is an additional avenue to maximise our $$$.

1. Borders @ Penang is somewhat lacking in TPBKs.

2. Popular... don't bring in TPBKs.

So for now Kinokuniya is the best option, against Amazon.com. Of course The Book Depository is somewhat another avenue.

Well the interesting part is out Axel, who's X-Men handler now?

Omnibus is the oversized Hardcover collected edition which collects more issues than Trades & more expensive, ie Omnibus Astonishing X-Men collects # 1 - 24.

Trade Paperback is softcover and cheaper version collects several issues together which normally a sequence run of 1 story arc ie Astonishing X-Men # 1 - 6. Of course there is Premiere Hardcover Edition which is slightly more expensive.

Well for starters, you can't blame Local Comics Shoo (LCS) to cater for PO single issues. As each issues cost USD3-99 (RM16), since there is low demand, no LCS would risk bringing in extras which will ended up non-mover and stock costs.

So only way to enjoy single issues, PO monthly.

Everything need to start from somewhere so PO first-lah.

Look out @ Mind Shop, maybe there is some back issues to fill-up some holes.

Sorry can't comment much on Batman since I am not a fan of Batman except getting Batman : Child of Dreams TPBK.

As for Marvel, not typically Spider-Man fan too. So I am much more to X-Titles.

Next arc is Age of X something similar to Age of Apocalyse. Getting those titles ... kaching $$$

Thanos - well I avoid space-faring series so no comment on that though the review is pretty good.

Frankly I just focused on core X-Titles or else it gonna blow a hole in pocket.

And Marvel canned X-Men Forever - sighs !!!! Imagine CClaremont plots unrevealed during the run, no resolutions.

Keep getting few of titles cancelled.
