I was contemplating between 1.8 vs 1.5t, but in the end decided with 1.8 with leather wrap for seats, door trims and centre console

Frankly I am very impressed with the Turbo Acceleration, but knowing I myself is not an aggresive driver, 1.8 will do me just fine smile.gif

Please add me to the non exhaustive list TS.

they still have DK-Schweizer as option to wrap leather - at least in Penang lah smile.gif was told by the SA it's 2.5k for top leather wrap for seats, arm rest and door (i was given the option to do so as i asked SA earlier on, but eventually decided not to). i might want to just go ask DK-Schweizer how much would they charge if i just want to wrap the arm rest and door part.

by the way just took delivery of Crystal Black Pearl 1.8 on new year's day  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

have been lurking around this thread since the day i booked my car. hehe

Congratz on ur new ride ! It is always good to see new member around.

Btw, to share with others..

Ive done my research. Honda glenmarie will send to Carbi Deco for rm2880. Warranty 2 years straight from Carbi Deco. The design is exactly like 1.5t. No custom.

If you send straight to carbi deco the price is only 2750 including gst. Warranty is 3 years by them. Custom color will have to add another rm200.

Newton Leather quoted rm2950 to wrap including gst. Warranty 1 year only. Custom color.

Both Carbi Deco and Newton would require one day to complete the installation

P/s:
In the end, ive decided to Carbi Deco, but through honda.
I dont mind paying extra rm130, as i dont have to worry about airbag warranty void.

Will the warranty be voided if I wrap the arm rest and door part outside?
*
I dont think so.. but wrapping seats will void the airbag warranty (at least this is what the SA told me)

*
Why dont you change for the high beams as well?

Low/ high beams is H11

Interesting  hmm.gif
Although I haven't got my Civic, but glad I was camping here for awhile to find these out and some other problems as well.

Currently getting the SA to submit my stuff for loan, wondering whats the interest rate this year.
Should I care what bank they apply? As I just stated my loan amount and period, plus that I don't care what bank as long as the interest rate is low as I pay via online.
*
Kuwait finance offer the lowest @ 2.48%
But the loan amount is less than 90%

Car loan range from 2.5% to 2.75%
In which the difference between those two is about rm20-25 per month.

Should be ok as long you dont plan to drift you way up.

But mileage might be more than 1000km by the time u come back.

Question 1:
anyone installed window visor from Shorty?
How is it different from the normal one, since the price difference is quite significant

Question 2:
For anyone who has installed the bypass cable, can i know when you connect you phone through the HDMI, can u change anything from the HU ?
Or the HU is merely a mirror of your phone? (i.e all menu selection shall be done in phone)

tq

If 2016 car, the best so far is RM7.2K, so RM6.5K considered as OK laaa... Mine RM0 discount...
1 - Need someone else to answer
2 - Bypass cable is for HDMI only. Inputs to HU screen won't translate to phone. Just a mirror as what you mentioned.
*
Then it only partially solve my wish to use waze on the HU biggrin.gif

Apple map sucks big time. LOL
