Anyone here managed to get the civic seat clip issuesettled under warranty? Kindly mention which SC did that.

I got this problem for both my driver and passanger seat. They only fix the driver seat with a cable tight because the clip isn't broken and for passanger site they say not covered in warranty because clip is broken. This is not acceptable as wear and tear issue for a few month old car.

And even for the driver seat why even when the clip isn't broken, it is secured using a cable tight? Shouldn't it fixed same as original.

I'm in Pontian. First they say not under warranty. But after I gave 2 car number which I got from the whatsup group, now they say in the system the other 2 cars never claim warranty but just re-fitting their seat in the SC. Yours one is it claim under warranty and stated in the invoice/bill?

they still have DK-Schweizer as option to wrap leather - at least in Penang lah was told by the SA it's 2.5k for top leather wrap for seats, arm rest and door (i was given the option to do so as i asked SA earlier on, but eventually decided not to). i might want to just go ask DK-Schweizer how much would they charge if i just want to wrap the arm rest and door part.

This is probably off the topic a tad - I was wondering if you turn off the car without engaging the parking brake, does it come on automatically? The thing is, when I engage it then I turn the car off, the indicator goes off with the car. In other words, there's no way of telling after I've switched off the car. Anyone knows for sure?

Ive been meaning to ask abt this brake hold.

Can we always enable it? Now when im at traffic light i enable the brake hold, when turns green i step on brake & disable the brake hold. Kinda annoyed to do that everytime

Hi guys. New owner of 1.8S Modern Steel Metallic 

Question on indicator lights. Noticed the indicator lights on the fenders above the wheels are always lit in orange at ignition ON.

Is this normal or is there an operating mode that triggers this? Hoping to learn from u guys 

Glad to hear this, as what the SA told me is to switch off brake hold once out of traffic jam area to avoid things damaged etc. He told me this when i asked him to demo the brake hold for me.

I have the same sound, seems like is a common to a lot of owners.

Anyway, i just encounter "Engine Oil Low Pressure". Do i need to send to SC immediately?

Sifu, i just received a call from SC. He said that my car need to change VSA and must leave the car overnight. Can i know what is VSA a ? anyone know a ?

while i understand the safety point, Honda should made an option for us to bypass this message after we've seen this message a few hundred times. additional tap = additional time fiddling on the HU screen

Or the HU is merely a mirror of your phone? (i.e all menu selection shall be done in phone)

By the way, just checked tyre pressure of my friend's Civic. It's 280 kPa from factory. He reduced to 220 kPa since he will not speed more than 160km/h within a month.

Arent we suppose to have the aircond running also when we remote start the car?

Mine only fan running, but not ac?

My car is 5+ months now. It started with the 1 2 click sound when started engine. Did not bother cause thought system inirializing. However, early this month in one of the daily drive, this loud clicking sound became non stop until I restarted the engine.

Went to SC, they claimed not sure what is the issue despite playing back the recorded sound and pointed where the sound came from. SC reconnected the sockets and requested me to retry. About a week later, issue recurred. This time still loud click but interval like every 15 secs.

Hi. In your case, may I know whether your SC confirm that the VSA/ABS issue? Did you also encountered the loud and continuous clicking sound? Thanks.
