Expected P320 bcos only this gun is Modula Handgun System (MHS), meet Pentagon tender requirement.
By right US army chief Milley want cancel MHS in april last year due to alot cost and wasting money (total project more than 300 mil just for handgun) also keep delay. since US Army special force also bought Glock 19 last year。army chief want MHS replace to Glock so can get gun ASAP. but ”Procurement group“ in Pentagon reject cancel MHS。and project go on. by right MHS decision will be made in August, but pentagon worry new President will cancel MHS project, so they announce yesterday before new President, also US army chief say last week he will meet new president trump to brief Army requirement for future. so pentagon worry Army suggest to President cancel MHＳsystem too.

For sure new assembly complex, transfer assembly tools, process，machinery, engineer for all section, manufacture some component,
for Indonesia size, i think ant the end they will buy more than 12 unit A400M, also can be as assembly center for Asean market。
just like they assembly CN235,CN212.

better spec than RMN Gowind ...

Boat with 31 including 28 China tourists missing off Sabah island

KOTA KINABALU: A search is under way for 31 people including 28 tourists from China after the vessel they were in was reported missing while on a journey from here to Pulau Mengalum on Saturday, the first day of Chinese New Year.

A Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) official said the catamaran with the tourists, a skipper and two crewmen had departed from a jetty in Tanjung Aru at about 9am to Pulau Mengalum, about 30km west of Kota Kinabalu.

The catamaran owner alerted authorities on Saturday night that it had not reached the island more than 12 hours later.

The official said a search and rescue effort has been mounted involving an area of some 400 sq miles involving MMEA as well as navy vessels.

According to the MMEA, a search and rescue mission using patrol boat Kilat 36, was mounted at 10.15pm.

Two more vessels - patrol boat Kilat 39 and a ship, KM Berani - joined the operation.

Other agencies involved in the mission include the Royal Malaysian Navy, which despatched its ship KD Ganas, and the Marine Operations Force (MOF).

Skipper of missing boat found, search ongoing for China tourists

KOTA KINABALU: The skipper of the catamaran reported missing on Saturday has been found.

Fishermen found the skipper near Pulau Tiga, off Kuala Penyu, at about 2pm on Sunday, according to maritime sources.

The search for the 28 China tourists and two other crew members is ongoing.

i think Gov (mmea?) have serious problem on management those boat include tourists boat。
- All boat should include radio on new boat in first place during purchasing, specially tourists boat... news said tourists boat is no radio comms. Skipper make report after swing to coast
- ban boat out to sea on bad weather (base on sea stage） ... (new said is bad weather)
- overload ?look news is very small catamaran boat 。。。 dont see can fit 30+ people。
i know is pass AIS implementation also hv many issue。

i believe consortium pt pal/boustead and China CSSC will be in final contender

Price view, consortium pt pal/boustead should be cheaper, but CSSC ship more to Military Spec hull so little more expensive. i guest consortium pt pal/boustead MRSS price around usd 150-180 mil, CSSC price around USD 200-220 mil.

well not big surprise, still majority people believe our first sub still can't submerge.
even some believe all our sub are very old 30-40 year old sub too.
even few time i explains to my friends, but majority not believe, and said me Pro Gov.

Our Kedah class OPV not fit with hull sonar? , although Wiki listed install L-3 sonar, but seems oversea people see our Kedah class ship photo hull can't find Sonar panel is fitted in side bottom hull.

just accept we no way can fight with china, even with Asean country combine.
even our military budget increase 1-2% GDP, our military capability also increase slowly and limited ... compare to China speed of military industry.
and remember USD cost VS RMB cost too, we buy oversea warship like Gowind cost USD 500m but that USD500 china can built a 052D destroyer which capability few time than our Gowind LCS. missile cost too.
also our high skill military personal like pilot, combat officer, engineers development & training is take time too.
