QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Nov 16 2016, 04:07 PM) If they already know Cradleton are less strategy even with similar products nearby. Why don't they do.better on others part? Obviously slope is not the only concern and i.believe we have pass this question long time ago since we also know nothing can change anymore. Goodview Heights has quite severe drops. Just pointing it out, don't shoot me. Smaller our request to backlane and trees... Gone... Entrance tar road we know too much to ask, so we pass also. Now even smaller to Grass only. Are we really asking too much? *i am also interested to see who are the nearby reliable developement have worse slope conditions than Cradleton. With staircase rooftop and deep steeps and waterfall at front. Every two houses. |

QUOTE(hpteoh88 @ Dec 6 2016, 04:13 PM) wah...merrydale EW is giving plaster ceilings...usually developers will not give plaster ceiling and also different buyers have different taste for personal taste of their own plaster ceilings... According to their brochure online, Cradleton and Tenderfield also have plaster ceilings |

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Dec 6 2016, 06:01 PM) Went to my friend house earlier. Your friend stays in Desa Sri Hartamas? Curi-curi took some photos from car, these quick photos can't tell much, actual environment are much nicer. I hope this is a good motivation for all our future neighbors to PAY OUR MAINTANCE FEE. Please raise hand for higher rate options during AGM. Together we could make our lliving environment lovely in long run. |

Don't think it's bomba requirement for backlane. If it was, then every backlane has to be a lot wider in the first place.

Just curious though, what did their SA promise exactly to Cradleton buyers regarding the landscape area within the precinct?

QUOTE(Ownstay @ Jan 11 2017, 02:13 PM) SA showed us beautiful landscape illustrations images via ipad. Nice roundabout driveway, beautiful flowers and trees, as well heavily promote the backlane garden to us. They claimed ecoworld would deliver as per image shown in ipad. EW "oversold" their backlane garden for Cradleton, jacked up buyers' expectations sky high.Sad fact is up to date, site progress photos doesnt resemble upto 50% of the images used to impressed us. QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Jan 11 2017, 02:17 PM) At first we thought something similar to the models house/images in their ipad but already gone. (even the huge bird eye EM township models in.sales gallery currently, Cradleton backlane are garden). That image from the booklet is a gross misrepresentation of the backlane in my opinion. If I had already known the backlane width before i received the booklet, I know that artist impression is pure BS. After that we judge based on their high commitment that they will materialised those artists impression. The actual delivery are based on the artist impression. Based on this, we have our buyer handbook with backlane pictures. Sam-Gor shared yesterday. 90% of the staffs (if not 100%) we met doesn't know what is happening on Cradleton backlane, no buyers would know. Not only backlane, the entrance driveway and rounabout also nobody know what's happening everytime I visit, I asked. You asked water features, they say no. Then you argue with your handbook design. They will says "oh, if it's in your handbook then yes." How, irresponsible. Not sure how they will answer if you ask now, I have not visit for many many months. -this is for my case- I copied Sam-Gor image for our backlane printed in our buyers booklet. [attachmentid=8389836] QUOTE(LaBoost008 @ Jan 11 2017, 02:25 PM) Anything verbal promises not formed part of SPA la. That is fact. True, but it shows irresponsibility on their part, somewhat, if their SA openly say the developer will deliver as per images shown. If they just say "well, this is just artist impression, it might be different from this", maybe can lower down buyers' expectations. There is no obligation to fulfill any verbal promises. At this moment about to vp very soon, don't put any hope. |

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Jan 11 2017, 02:49 PM) Understood. What's the width for Cradleton's backlane? 15 ft? Look at the artist impression in the booklet, the backlane seems wider than the house unit itself. That's why I feel it is a bad misrepresentation of the product.Anyway, I feel sorry for you guys if really you all were told by the SA that the developer will deliver as per images. I have no vested interests here, just curious and wondering if they really promised buyers like this. |
