On the topic of landscape; It is of my opinion that EW should update the buyers/potential buyers on the landscaping footprint /masterplan via it's website. This will negate all the speculations as far as landscaping is concerned. Afterall; landscaping is one of the focal points in EW's developments.

Althought it's not a must; it must be made aware that today's buyers are different from buyers of the yesteryears (15-20 years ago).

Buyers today are more discerning; many expect updated progress and what are the projected plans (in this context: landscaping).

Hence; it would be good if the developer can convey this via the fastest and cheapest way: the net / website.

In my opinion; the website can be improved further; provide more useful information for the audience.

A company which realises the strength of the web / social media will be well ahead of the race.

I agree it looks decent. But it doesn't look anywer near to what EM show us 2 years ago. Diver shared the pictures earlier in this thread. U can compare and see.

Am not sure how long EW took to complete the Swan lake.

For the mini lakes; perhaps after the trees have matured; then the small colorful plants will come into place (once it's more shady).

Am no expert in landscaping but I believe it will take time to totally beautify an area; hence why the posting above on the landscaping footprint / masterplan / timeline.

More trees are planted there?!. It doesnt look as naked as before. Thit is a better foundation for us.

Lake looks botak, because the trees are yet to mature. Lake is without color shrubs that shown on brochure.
EW promoted replanting existing tree heavily which not seen yet even vp is near.

This is why anger from some buyers, not only because of the lake but also landscape within cradelton.
If EW is not able to deliver this lake, what do you guys think about the lake that promoted during merrydale launching
TBH, merrydale lake caught my eye too.

JMB ultimately will be converted to MC, and normally MC will not have developer representative anymore, no?

JMB of course have right to appoint an independence management company, but personally I can't hardly know any example for any landed strata project, JMB appoint new management company other than developer company which still have on-going project within the same area.

If they is no such law and policy to state that we must appoint EW, which mean no such law. You ask me to check , I thought it's stated in the policy.
I just need to know.by law or by preferences. As you keep telling me it's by law.

I didn't mention it is by law, I said it is normally stated in the DMC.

Just check back the EM DMC, developer only can manage during the management period. The management period is defined in the attachment.

After JMB is formed, developer shall hand over all the duties, powers and functions to the JMB. So it is the JMB to decide the management company.

Strata acts superseded the DMC in this context, different to the practice of individual title GnG as like in EcoPark or Precinct 3 Setia Ecohill.
