Btw, the service/maintenance fee I understand is based in the land area instead of build-up. For Cradleton, it was (during launched time) estimated at around 10 cents psf but now apa apa pun Barang Naik, if higher also not surprised.

Interesting... whenever the buyers talk about their concerns there will be a crappy voice ensuing. This phenomenon is similar to parasites - no stand, no contribution and forever attach to or rely on others for its survival. Oh my, damn pitiful.

Hmm...  seems every Cradleton buyers here said SA promoted the backlane garden to them. Sure kah? Honestly, I don't remember they did sell the backlane then. Tenderfields they also didn't sell this backlane thing (no backlane). Merrydale and Mellowood yes they did. I'm talking about my experience and what I remember.
