A long day for me for the 1sr day of the year...
About the trees, when I bought my bonsai many years back, the tauke told me that when a plant is moved from the nursery farm to a new permanent location, the plant roots need to adapt to the new soil condition and during this period the leaves may drop. But once it suits to the new soil, then the leaves will start growing again as usual. Unless the soil is so bad (eg too acidic) then hardly any plants will survive. And true enough, my bonsai leaves dropped a lot (not botak though) but grew again later. In this instance, I believe the plants without leaves as seen from the pics shared could be owing to adaption to the soil condition. Anyway, I'm not an expert in this matter but if EW managed to grow so many plants and shrubs in EM, I reasonably believe that it will not purposely grow some dead plants. Even if the worst happen, it will just replant it.

I went to EM to collect my calendar today. As told, the landscaping works of Cradleton are still in progress. VP is more likely to happen only in February as January may not be so convenient due to the CNY festive season.

Cradleton - internal KPI is by Dec16 but they rather handover it nicely without rush, hence 1Q17.
Tenderfields' VP is scheduled 2Q17 - a realistic expectation.

I see... I guess you are aware that your just approved loan is sticked to EM and if you want to switch to other property you will need to re-apply. Having said that, I believe no issue of getting it approved since the existing approved loan already showed your financial capability.

Hope you will find your dream home soon as a gift for your new year. laugh.gif

Lol... I always tell my HR people, hiring lenglui is considered the "optical benefit" of existing staff. Likewise, good lenglui service is part and parcel of the buyers' benefit tongue.gif.

Agreed that good SA service does make a good impression and till now I would still say that overall EW SA service attitude is one of the best I experienced. Having said that there are still room for improvements on the part of product knowledge. Anyway, notice also back office staff (ie not sales staff) who is on duty have quite good understanding of the project in general.
