Bro, pls see the following sections as provided under the Strata Titles Act (1985)

19A. Transfer of ownership of strata titles

(1) Any original proprietor or any person or body appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction shall execute the transfer of strata title to the purchaser within thirty days from the date of issue of strata title by the Land Administrator or any extended period approved by the Director upon the opening of the strata register.

(2) Any purchaser shall execute complete documents of transfer of strata titles within thirty days or any extended period approved by the Director from the date of notice of transfer of strata title being served to the purchaser by the original proprietor or from the date of purchase of the parcel, whichever is the later.

(3) Any original proprietor or any person or body appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction or any purchaser who fails to comply with subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than one thousand ringgit but not more than ten thousand ringgit per parcel.

Wonder why Mellowood and the high rise have no pictures

There are slopes in the Cradleton (DSL) and Tenderfields (Cluster & SD) precints. Cradleton is more obvious, in particular type 1A. I think it depends on the tolerance level of individual - I personally quite OK with it.

Haha... I did see the slopes in TH and Goodview Heights and some other old and new projects. EM's one is within my tolerance level.

Quite curious to know - with Gentlebre already VP and Cradleton is coming soon too, wonder why so far no one in the forum keen to enquire about the security system within the gated and guarded precint...

Haha... it's already at the last mile of the vp process. I'd rather wait for a little while and see then. Anyway, I will try to judge on the final product objectively and taking everything into consideration ie the landscape, the workmanship, the material, the services, the security etc in addition to the township masterplan, accessibility etc. Maybe in some aspects it doesn't do well but so long as it isn't unacceptably poor and in some other aspects it may score high. Not everyone has the same expectations and tolerance level. Let's see how the response in general then. Probably will try to ask around the buyers upon vp then at the sales gallery to have wider feedbacks as many are not forumers here.
