Ah thanks so much for info, i always crawl down below desk to the switch on/off modem

, now i can do it on the router webpage

. But unfortunately, TM is totally farked up atm, no amount of switching IP helped and sometimes it just hang ... probably some IP totally cannot connect ... deeeep haiz
... A TM person just called as I am writing this post, and I tell her my problem for the 100th time, and eventually I yelled at her and swear at her. I spend time doing ping plotter test as they request, tell them patiently what is affecting my connection every time, but the morons don't listen and they ask me the same questions over and over, like this, after 3 minutes of explaining my situation, they ask this "ok, what is the problem right now" ... I explain again, then they ask again "ok, what is the problem right now", last call and the last last call, its the exact same thing, serious, really cannot tahan
I think I'll try p1, even though it is a lot more expensive and some report they suck as well ...
2 years TM gave good fast speeds, then all of a sudden I get problems regularly and they tell me its my modem problem, my computer problem, spliter problem, my area is too old, lines are too old ... its never their problem, then I start sending angry emails, and its now oh "we are having problems on our side".
I think the good times are over, I'll never get good connection on TMnet, they somehow made the IP I connect to (in this area) mostly shit or something. Its fraud lar, I pay for 512k unlimited usage package, and they give shit service, maybe for new customers they give some sort of fast gateway, then they turn it off.
Also having their speed test location hosted in brickfields is con man tactic, TMnet you suck.
