Can try using sponge tape like the pic attached. I got it from ace hardware and DIY-ed on a helmet that was a bit too big as well. FYI, all helmet shell are the same size. The factory padding is the part that actually determines the fit size.

Hi,
Plan to get a new bicycle China brand is good enough for me. Anyone had any idea which brand is more reliable and famous? Both at 27 speed , same tires size & same shimano gear and the only different is Trinx provided Airfoks as compare to XDS normal lockable fork. Weight wise not much different.
My apologize if this is a wrong place to post this question.

Thanks

different brand different shell shape la. i can fit in bell M/L, giro M, lazer M, urge S/M, 661 L/XL. but i can't fit in bluegrass, met, giro. M is too small, L too big.

is your rim intended to use tubeless?not all rims are tubeless. even if you use a good rim tape, you might have leak for this
*
My rim is non tubeless ready. I ghetto-style cut open a recetnly shcrader tube and fit in the tire and pumped it up. Able to hold the air! All I gotta do now is fill it up with tire sealant.

QUOTE(thurtin @ Mar 17 2017, 02:29 PM)
My friend was in the same situation as you. He bought a Schrader tubeless valve, and did the conversion himself. Worked ok for him so far.
*
Yes works! Awesome! But I was told Presta valves hold in the air better due to its design.

anything else apart from Stan's no Tubes and Slime tire sealant anybody can recommend? A buddy of mine recommended using motocross tire sealant which is cheaper and better.

its that double side tape ? if pakai bandana can fit tak ? i mean if biking offroad ye tak longgar. Coz sayang nak letak tape. This helmet i bought 400. Saya nak pakai selesa fit sikit coz want to bike offroad. Yup about factory size all helmet i agree. TQ for infomation.

@thurtin

Yes have ergo adjust back, but still cant fit well. Cozy when wearing, can wear like the picture. I like trail helmet. My salah too coz i bought online. coz giro aeon i beli size M agak kecil pula. But still can wear.

Sorry ask too much.

Want to swap if someone have mavic helmet notch size M. Location Perlis. WA 012-513-3953. But COD.

Hi all,

Recently saw some second hand MTB dirt jumpers and am for sale at quite an affordable price on BBS.

Wonder if its safe to buy for a bike saw 10 years old? I am worried about the frame's wear and tear due to it being a trail bike.
