easier than i thought. Cos i realise that i was eating till i "happy full" every night before...and now i eat until im about 90% full, no difference after dinner, i dont get hungry till next morning.

now after 3 months...i cant even eat my normal amount like last time, my stomach has shrunk, im full with just 1/2 plate rice.

I've use RF sixc 35mm bar. I like it. Am using santa cruz's 35mm bar now. Just as good and holding up well. Don't like renthal's colour but a few of my friends using with no issues.

the groupset is an unknown quantity here..better shop & have a good look around first. it would be better if you could test ride a few bikes before deciding. the feel & geometry is different between makes
have you tried looking at polygon bikes yet..they have some sale/promotion thing going on now, if i'm not mistaken
