I think grab don't have its own culture to satisfying their employee. with unhappy employee how you expect they provide good service to the client? service good sure will attract more people to take and will eventually gain bigger profit. Employee is a valuable asset in a company but grab do the opposite by ignoring the staff feedback and only keep give promotion to make the client happy. promotion not reimburse intime and need driver keep monitoring. incentive less than expected. Even though driver do all kindness to rider yet doesn't seem receive a good recognition but grab yet squeezing the good employee by reducing their benefit.
This kind of culture wont make a company expand good in long run.
