I wonder why grab dont reflect the Final CR on the apps?
So that the driver can know, whether the entitled for the incentives or not?
If i know that my CR is 19.5% on sunday night. I will mati mati spam grab till 11:59pm to chase my CR.

really so damn disappointed with grab system.

Since now the petronas ambassador became useless already, what petrol do you guys pump that give the best benefits in terms of cash back?

Went to grab hq this friday.
The reason why I dropped go grab flexi is because my cr is 19.50% ( in grab system) while my cr on apps is 6.1%
I asked the officer why, they say it is because the trips that are canceled by passenger and the reason is "cancel request by drivee" will be system categorized as self cancel and will be under driver cr.

The reason why they don't want to directly reflect is to protect the customer safety as they afraid driver would do something to the customer if they know the customer choose this option.

For this week, I had done 90 trips with a total of 14 cancelation from customer.

So, assuming all of my cancelation fall under the reason of " driver request to cancel", my cr according to grab system will be
14/(14+90) = 13.5%

I will need to do additional 37 trips so that my Cr according to grab system will be
14/(14+127) = 9.9%

With only 13 hours before Sunday end, do you guys think I can make it for this week incentives?

i just check my petronas Grab ambassador mesra card points.

as per June 2nd, i still manage to get the 5x points.

Not sure it is on going promotion for petronas or from the grab petronas card.

As per the statements, i pump Rm54.64 (26 litres)

1 litres = 5 point, and i got 130 points.

So the card is still somehow valid for me. For the past weekend, i had registered Petron Miles card thinking to throw away the grab petronas card, but now, somehow the 5x points is still valid.

It is calculated when you accept the job

You wil be under pro programme if you met all the rating ar and cr by the end of the week.

If you don't, than only you will be drop to flexi.
