After further research, I can conclude that those receiving SMS confirmation for the ambassador program choose DID NOT DRIVE FOR UBER. Those chosen drove for Uber before all still pending didn't know whether is in or out of this ambassador program yet.
Grab should introduce waiting time fees la... Grab rider app knows when the driver reach the pick up location ma. So, once reached, then should start a timer la. After 2 minutes of wait, then every minute start charge a bit lor...
Some riders really take their time. Some 10 mins, some even 15 mins.
Grab, you can take 20% of the waiting time fees too. Win win...
And riders will learn this and they won't book early if they are not ready.
Let's get it back to hail-riding. Not chauffeur-riding.
Still considering whether to opt in for automatic tier 1.
Nowadays I hardly on Uber, only at area with less ping I'll on Uber(once I drop someone in UM, inside there hardly can get ping, luckily got Uber to get ping).
Other than that don't think I'll on Uber cuz scared of Airport trips.
Yesterday the dateline but I think is optional before Thursday midnight every week for newcomers to Opt In.
Educate riders the most important thing for Grab to do now. Today itself I received:
1. Pickup location in the middle of the highway. OMG!!! So ridiculous. Need to call again and again to make sure I do not miss the road if not for sure need to make one big turn. And the rider pickup location is KIA MOTOR. For sure the location is available to choose from.
2. Multiple dropoff Uni Students in their campus. This is usual especially in UM. So huge the place. From one campus to another easily will cost fare of RM3.
3. This is the worse of the lot. Mama pren took 20+ minutes to come down. Reach destination need to wait another 10 minutes for papa pren to appear and pay the fare. Zzz......
End of driving, I called up CS Grab and lodge report on all the above trips. Then email details as well to Grab support.

Im having problem of when customer cancelled the trip while I using waze, no notification came up, then grabcar go online with job come in with notification but when I switch back to grabcar apps, I see no job. After 15 seconds, it said I dint accept the job. Anyone using iphone having this problem? My weekly incentive burn because of this.
IOS is like this. must be very sure of rider cancelling. because you must quickly press okay. if not next ping request enter you cannot even see the request but can hear the ping and vibration. only way is to exit the apps and log back in. you will lose acceptance rate there. yup is normal for IOS.
No need to call CS. They are robot. If you don't believe you can call and ask what is the current minimum acceptance rate to entitle for incentive. They will answer 90%.
That's bloody ridiculous. So what we do? If we accept same person, we cancel on them?

just pick and drop as usual only. no big issue. find another trip to cover for that trip block that's all. you are still considered online all the while.

anyway, unique passenger count is stated clearly in the rule. find something not stated to fight with Grab better. got so many other stuff rather than this unique passenger count which only affect a driver very rarely. maybe once a month? or one a week at most.
