Other than that if they open mouth and ask then open conversation, if not mind your own business.

Ever since Uber change top management, i've seen they slowly improving thing, if they increase the fare in Uber Malaysia i think even more driver will switch back to Uber.

I was told by CS that this msg serve as notification only, the 95% is those exceed 30% in total both cancellation

Driver has stringent rule on cancellation and we know that, it is the rider they should control or educate.

The problem is like Monkeyboy mentioned, the road can be one way and i have ping on the right side, probably have to make a big circle about 20min to reach there. If cancellation like SG implement here, i'm sure driver will have another type of nightmare because there is incentive based. Still deadlock situation.

There is once my friend encounter, the rider cancelled 6 trips prior this because he don't want some ethnic driver, end up her fare jump from RM14 to RM16 during 6am. The RM2 is the surcharge because of her cancellation laugh.gif

During the teh tarik session, driver relation team also mention it serve as a notification only. So his word also cannot trust?

Yes there is some nasty rider put "driver ask to cancel" and blame on driver, if u don't report they don't know anything and end up driver has to eat up dead-cat.

The only solution to reduce rider's cancellation and failed rides is to get more drivers.  Bring back the old incentives.  I fetch one lady to keramat yesterday evening, she said last time so easy to get driver in the morning, and most of the time, the drivers are their neighbours, doing part time.  Now, all those keramat guys gantung kunci liao.  Incentive punya hal la.

In the end, grab is losing.  But they blame the riders for cancellations.  Chaocibye

i think the lack of driver is because removal of busy areas, last time most of driver die die also need to enter city area to comply with

Another thing is, Grab often show wrong ETA to customer in their apps, show 2-3min but in fact need 10-20 min due to traffic, get inside the car rider sure scold "Why u so late, apps show XX min and took u 15min to reach". I can't scold rider but inside my mind knnccb with this kind of customer and Grab apps. vmad.gif

I have seen one person show how "great" grab pint point location function in facebook group. U can try Uber pin point location, very accurate. Then u try Grab pin point location, CONFIRM WILL RUNAWAY. I even tried this myself and found out the root of problem of all driver facing doh.gif

Yes, I know I'm fucking good at playing incentive.  I know that grab will not be able to sustain if they have 5000 drivers like me.  I knew this from the very beginning.  Things were never like this before.  If they cannot afford to pay incentives, in the first place, dont offer a platform to work on.  Don't give guarantee just to attract drivers.  Perhaps this is how grab game the drivers.  They know that they cant make money from drivers like me.  The smart drivers, they want to kick out.  I guess those who stay are the stupid one. LOL, no offense ya to the drivers here.  But this is how things work in Malaysia.  Siapa yang bodoh, naik tinggi tinggi.  Yang pandai2 dapat straight As in SPM, can't even get a seat in local uni.

As i said there is miscommunication in the Company, last time was promo code, then driver mogok then only take action to solve it, but damage has been done. I still can see a lot driver ignore Promo code job despite they promise to bank in within 1 week period.

I don't mind paying income tax, it help me for purchasing houses etc.

But the problem is the licensing, before to get license u need to medical/body check up, Puspakom inspection annually etc. Easily few days wasted just for all these license application. To me it is waste of time and running here and there. Unless Grab offer solution to solve it in one shot, if not many part timer will just quit and Grab become Taxi 2.0 type Company. whistling.gif

Flexi still doing fine because we contribute 20% to them.

There must be a balance, situation now is incentive driver took most of the short trip, flexi driver can be selective and took most of long trip. So indirectly flexi driver compensate to incentive driver.

If u keep slash incentive and the balance is gone, flexi driver end up facing all the short trip and it will definitely hurt them. Just like Monkeyboy said, who the heck will go into KL city and accept all the short trip.
