Picked up a rider today and chat a bit, to my surprise she thought GrabShare is cheaper because max 2 pax only based on she understand from the app itself, and grabcar can fit with 4 pax. 
She just realized after I explained to her about the pro and con of grabshare, which might end-up to share the ride with other riders.

Grab should provide more info about grabshare before rider make any grabshare booking.

Anyone having same question from rider?

Safety is another concern.
Things could happen if 2 males + a single lady in a grabshare ride......
I can't help much as a driver....

I got 2 super surge rides this morning.  The Kuchai Ex. distance was only 6km, dont know why grab counted as 8km.  4 jobs gross earning on 8-9am is RM83.  After reaching KL at 9.30am, still managed to catch 3 trips.

For me, those who never initiate hello, no eye contact and not even confirm destination with me will get low star.  Basic manners is something everybody should have, not to say driver.  So far my Uber rides were good, all with good manners but not for Grab.  Majorities of Grab drivers I encountered were less manners, I said hello instead when seeing them quiet but no response from them until they wanted to confirm which entrance to drop me off.  The worst I encountered was that driver kept shaking head not less than 10 times when seeing jammed road to express his dissatisfaction.  Another one was a lady driver, I was so exciting to get my first ride with lady driver and some more the pick-up point was at Renault, thought I would have topic that time but not, never said a word until almost reached drop off point,
at least confirm destination ma... and she drove dangerously too!  But I left note just said her driving skill needs to be improved, knowing if I said dangerous drive will lead to suspension...

I'm a silent person who seldom initiate talk first except saying hello but I like drivers who can chit chat a bit, at least not so awkward like entering a library lor...

grab custermers very easy bully driver

I think as incentives are taken away, the price/km will increase. In the end what I can predict is taxis drivers and grab drivers will compete for the same customers as taxi driver especially the traditional system have to conform to the new style which is grab and uber.

In a nutshell ,taxi drivers will compete with grab driver for riders .

Just wondering since I'm new here. To qualify for d incentives, do I need to commit a minimum trip quantity or mileage aside from ratings and acceptance rate? And how do you know if you get the incentives? Is it from the app or will they show it somewhere else?

nowadays i receive many request that the drop-off is not the correct place. for example, rider will request from Sunway Pyramid to AEON Big Subang. But when nearing drop off point, rider will say that the drop off is actually in Empire and need to drive another 1km to 2km to drop rider. I suspect rider wants to save a few ringgit?

Have you guys experience this? Do you do the extra mile?

i never ask rider to cancel . i just cancel myself as i am flexi driver .

every week i received an email from grab payment team on "total earning"or "nett min. fare guarantee" however not see the amount bill into which wallet/account

there is 2 email from them weekly..
one is your weekly review and another is upcoming week incentive and scheme
the one that i mentioning is the weekly review which summarize all your trip fare and what is your rating

My klia trip just now took 1.5hrs. now otw bk no ping at cyber. Omg. Missed bonus for 7pm n 8pm. Sigh.

today got a cilaka cheapskate rider in the evening totally spoiled my mood.

pick up from Dsara Kim and going to Kepong with fare Rm18.
so the fastest and shortest way at that time is going through LDP.

so story begin.
this rider have no courtesy to inform there will be another pick up at difference location until i pressed "pick up" after she get into my car then she only tell me to pick up another person at Hartamas Shopping Centre.

of course i have to open rider app to check the multiple stop's fare to protect my profit. so the result fare is Rm27.

then she refused to pay for it and telling me that she always did that yet no one is charging additional. so i just sent her back to the pick up location and call cs to complain.

and cs told me to avoid this in future.
i replied "how to avoid when rider only tell you after you pressed "pick up" with no cancel button, are we going to fulfill their request and not to charge extra?" 

cs: ... just try to avoid ya, i will help you to cancel on this one and put remark.
me : ok lo 

it was 3rd jobs in 7pm UP hour.
initial 7,5,18 = 30, incentive = 12

end up i get 2 GS job in same hour block after this job is cancelled.
7,5,6,7 = 25, incentive = 25
