Not really a B2B job received, but quite a number of medium-distance jobs appearing today. Only 6 jobs, and I'm stuck in Cyberjaya now with over RM120 fares collected.

few trips morning mostly grabshare for middle distance

need to force myself accept both if not, rugi teruk as 1km is less than RM1...

Stupid Grab

Got 1 gs rider yesterday asked me to go longer route to avoid toll some more.

Usually I'll decline la unless the route is far much shorter....if rider refuse toll report to grab only for compensate

If uber i believe can get compensated for reporting such case, grab can meh? Unless you cook story by telling the CS that the riders speak rudely/violently insisting not to use tool.

I straight away show them the time difference on Waze app to them.
let them decide. put the decision on their hands.

As u like.  Once, pick.up at pavilion, bb entrance, how to wait? Called rider 3 times, no answer, i cancelled.

Once, pick up at 1 mk, b2b booking, sent chat message earlier, no reply, called once no answer, i cancelled.  3 minutes later, she called, angry becuz i canx, i said to her im not your full time driver i wont wait forevet please be punctual next time!

And then right after i canx, i got RM3 trip from plaza mont kiara. Laugh all the way.

Cancel la.  I wont take the risk, halfway later rider cancel, rugi.

i am using Digi now but lately the gps is from bad to worse, which many time it show gps cannot be locate and i cant rely on it to nivigate to my destination

i have to use my own car navigator but that one is without real time/ traffic or ETA..

I wanted to change to Maxis but check Maxis & the minimum package is RM100 above

i am not a full time driver and in fact i drive ard 30 trip per week only.
but my concern is sometimes rider will not happy as i may lost my direction and it affect my rating ....

any digi user here ?

Last time I wait at Subang KTM in the morning then receive ping from Batu Tiga KTM. I was like WTF.. 7km far...
Called customer tell her need around 15 mins to reach, customer said don't mind to wait... Wtf...
Lucky the job is RM3 good for incentive...

i kena before at OUG parklane. reached the pick up point and message the person. the person said wait 5 minutes as he is on his way down. i waited 7 minutes and called the passenger again if he is coming down. he said he is coming down. after a few seconds later, he cancelled the trip.

there was one rider who said yeh 3 when I request him to cancel since he can't wait due to he put wrong pick up location....5 mins later still no cancel.

That my lunch time...so go 4 lunch+fill in petrol+ toilet break etc...don't give it a damn... 1 hours+ later baru he cancel.

Kena this two days ago. Pickup at Iranian restaurant in Ampang.

A lady came and put her hand up to signal to wait. So i press pickup.

Suddenly 2 guys came with a couple ot large buffet food trays and put at back seat.

I tot ok, it's well sealed and etc. Next thing they signalled me to go (without many rider) and proceed to the booked destination in belimbing heights in seri kembangan, like 35kms away.

I was like wtf. They didnt mark anything in job order abt food delivery and no passenger nor not courteous enough to call me if i am agreeable to the arrangement.

I told them, grab is a ride hailing service and not food delivery. They said their customer asked to do this way as location is far. I said ur customer is not my customer and u cant do this unless driver agreed beforehand.

Next thing is they understood that I won't accede to their food delivery request, they took the kebabs and mandy rice trays and salad bowl out.

I drove off and called cs abt the issue, operator gladly cancelled for me as they knew it wasn't my fault.

Long story short, beware of such ppl expecting food delivery, even a feast of food items, just like i encountered.

To make it clear, ive done food service for a rider before,  but that was cupcakes to a school and rider was courteous enuff to discuss the arrangement and to confirm if it is ok with me when I reached the pickup location. Summore is for kids, so i am fine with a little 'give back to society' moment.

The kebab scenario was more than 30kms trip and large food items and the ignorance showed by the rider kinda ticked me off.

yes, because can see destination, my acceptance rate is way lower than i achieved in uber.

i think if Grab has destination setting like uber, it will be great.

my acceptance in uber is about 90%  while my grab is only a miserable 40%. LOL...

in grab i weed out lazy riders that has fares lower than RM5. I think they should exercise and walk a little.

Just started Grab for a couple of days ago, few days work 3-4 works few days work 6-7 hours, not really full time yet still trying to learn the curves and all. Starting tomorrow will start full timing trying to aim 2k nett profit for the week.

Do you guys have any Whatsapp group for Grab drivers to chitchat and stay up to date with the latest news and all? Would love to learn from all sifus

Its me again. I opt in as a grab ambassador last last week's Sunday and drove the whole week full time last week. According to Grab's website, I was supposed to received an SMS yesterday telling me if I am eligible to be an GA so I called customer service but they told me its still in process so I wouldn't be able to receive my incentive as GA tho.. But the statement on their website are kinda difference as they claimed that to received current week incentive, opt in b4 12 every Tuesday.. I am so confused... Can anyone explain to newbie me?

Just went from grab office today..
The Raya 50 trips - RM250 only for grab flexi..but not for ambassador.. I remember the blog didn't mentioned any about this.. today check back the blog post about the Raya trip incentive.. but the post gone.. feel cheating ...

How to fix the wrong location in the rider app? Rider wanted go Times Square but app tell to go to jakel mall.

drop off is jakel mall [jln munshi abdullah] but rider wanted go to Berjaya times square. rider is foreigner and dont know address is wrong.

Today monday 1 day already RM353.70 gross, and that's not included incentive yet. I guess it's doable if I keep my schedule up for the remaining 6 days.

But I have some question regarding the peak hours gross guaranteed fares.

Today I did:

5:05AM, RM7 trip
5:26AM RM27 trip

HP slot 2 trips is RM25, but my total fare collected for that hour block is RM 27 + 7 = 34, which is higher than the RM25 guarantee fare, so do I still qualify for the RM25 bonus/

Another scenario, today as well:

7:09AM, RM34 trip
7:54AM, RM7 trip

MP 2 trips is RM33, but same again my total fare collected for that hour block is RM 34 + 7 = 41 which is higher than the RM33 guarantee fare. How to count how much is the bonus I get for that block ah?

I still new here.. drive around 2 weeks time.. I got the Raya incentive SMS ... after they mentioned I'm qualify as ambassador .. so I though I still eligible to earn the Raya trips incentive .. somemore I did find more info at post blog.. they didn't mentioned only for grab Flexi..haiz..

We should boycott GS by ignoring any GS request >RM7.00.  Unless it is higher price 100% surge.  The more we ignore, the less people will use.

My AR last night was 78.8%, ignored 11 trips out of 52. Today 4 hours, boost it back to 84%.

I really confused, said I'm ambassador after then sent me the incentive trips, yes, it mentioned "grab flexi" in the msg..
Tt why I did search the blog post.. because I kinda confused.. but the blog post didn't mentioned only for grab flexi..
Feel like a trap.. but is fine .. cs also mentioned the msg ady shown is for "grab flexi" only . .. ntg can do.. because the blog post also gone...

Hi all sifu, I  just become the grab driver recently, driving part time. I wonder are all the grab driver entitled to receive the weekly driver statement or just only those who are in special ranking? So for been driving for 2 weeks but I didn't receive any statement from grab.
