Eg hp block, 1 trip only, online and available for 54mins only. 6mins equates to 10% eligible guarantee deduction.

Meaning rm20 guarantee less rm2. So actual guarantee incentive for that hour is rm18. If tat one ride is rm7, you earn only 18-7= 11*.8 = 8.80 nett

To ur a) query, off battery saver function. Be mindful that when not off that function, grab driver app may be dc so ur online and available time is affected.

Also, if ur phone volte function, disable that too coz it delays drop off and pick up after dropping a call.

B) yup. Not available means prorated incentive but save u frm b2b.

Cant believe they use the 'selain dari itu' nonsense to all those affected. I believe also 20% - 30 % range get same mcb message.

Obviously, 10% is our buffer and the fking b2b rider canx is not in any way driver's fault, especially for those driving in the city.

Also as ive shared before, multistop return trip can be crappy. I had trip suasana sentral > international school jln ampang > sentral office block. But b2b right after pickup is freaking at nu sentral.

Meaning, 2nd passenger would need to wait 45mins or more.

I am honestly fine if system is good and fair b2b jobs. But it is blardy annoying when they send warning messages despite knowing their matching of rides are shet af - not to mention those ghost bookings that u accept and then immediately call to confirm pickup, unknown number etc (ghost=grab staff dummy bookings), suddenly it gets cancelled.

Im quite saddened abt u pro guys quitting. Im a lame ass part timer, happy with 300 -500 incentives per week.

Times are just hard now that i am desperate for that extra income. Fml.

If they really gonna start the gov bs abt licensing etc, more ppl will cabut.

Most ppl drive part time coz they have to, not because they wan to. Economy is so bad that those earning 6k and above frm day job also do part time uber/grab. This wouldn't have been a problem say 3-5yrs ago. Sigh..

Cant wait for next election. Probably sept this year. Gonna be my first voting experience. Im quite an oldie, missed two voting opportunities before. We will wait n see.

I truly believe they are weeding out smart incentive players. Fare players no problem, they get a cut.

Also, guys, pls dont share ur incentive screen etc or rides with passenger names. There are a couple risks:

1) privacy of passenger - at least remove passenger name if wan share screencap

2) ur incentive, if got grab staff here, they easy target u and can identify ur identity based on ur exact earnings and then can aim u for whatever post u have on here

Bro, I believe they will tell u wateva to ensure less incentive payout.

Meaning, those happily off button after pick up wont get the full guaranteed earnings without knowing it. T&c clearly highlighted online and available, trainers/grab cs say otherwise coz if u were eventually dispute it, they say show proof and ask driver to refer to t&c.

We can indeed use off button technique if fare/flexi driver. No b2b and no need chase incentive and also can avoid gs.

Glaring point is timeline given is up to a year to comply. Wondering when will grab/uber implement.

Oddly, uber says its a good thing. Malaysia first in the world to do this apparently.

This is shocking considering uber operates in more than 30 countries (i think).
