seriously too many driver on the road. you don't believe just pull out the rider apps and check.

evening used to avoid KL city due to jem. if can want to run away. but now is different. today I willingly drive into KL to get ping. got trip out KL to jelatek and ampang then drive back in KL. really no choice.

Last 2 weeks the number of pings seems to be reduced significantly. KL town area still quite hot but outskirts a bit difficult. Luckily still able to maintain the required trips for incentives but.

Grab did promotion to increase riders. Ya, KL area can get ping easily on evening. To hit incentive, better go there. The place that people hate to go always can get ping easily.

Beside and nearby the mall got apartment. But still no ping. When open grap car see got few camping there oso. Maybe I'm not in the priority list. Lols....




Dunwan to go so far, scared jam n miss out block insensitive. So choose nearer stop n hope to get ping. But no luck😖

I kena few time bacause so jam, halfway thru cust cancel bcause cannot wait. Maybe they took the roadside cab. 😕

Anyone know what can i do to solve this problem? Whenever i use waze when GrabCar driver app is on, it shows No GPS, Showing Approximate Location. I am currently using Google maps which is also problematic because every 10 secs 'Seeking for GPS' for 5 secs and keep on repeating.

And when I completely closed the GrabDriver app, the GPS works perfectly fine when using it personally. I have tried resetting, updating my phone, uninstall Grab, Waze, none of it works.

What phone u use? Did you email to Grab Support?

Ask him to request grab car premium them. Can't stand when they got these kinda stupid requirements. So cheapskate to order two instead.

Icon too big, obstruct the view on the location, if got 100 there cant see the road

is the screen shot corret ? It show drop off button, means already pickup, if already pickup how come still show the notes, normally this space will show the promotion information.


Last time wanna back fron airport, also hope could get a sedan car. But didnt go to this extend on specification, just put note the gate number or tiang number for driver easily know the exact pick up point

Me was having same problem (phone is xiaomi), solved by

1) lock GRAB app in background (wont be killed )
2) turn off battery saving -> https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-keep-an-app-...kground-in-MIUI
