I do not think what CS told you is all true. They must be duno how to explain to you and come out with this lame excuse.

If they do like this, sure alot driver complain and not only you. This is too much.

If customers cancel whatever they like and choose driver ask to cancel, then sure we gg. Just imagine those taxi driver play like this, our CR confirm run away from apps long time ago.

Another prove is...I also sometimes ask customer to cancel and choose driver ask to cancel, but my statement and CR all ok.

So...I think he just duno how to explain to you the malfunction.

Just know i ride grab. Fare should be only RM4. But when i arrive driver say its RM5. Is it possible for him to change my fare? Furthermore, ask me to open grab app when arrived and almost he himself tap 5 stars.

Do you guys really hit >2 trips incentive before? As most of the time I only able to hit the minimum RM25 incentive per hour block and sometime even lower even I completed more than 2 trips       

Any tips to get >2 trips incentive? It will good to know how they consider 1 completed trip as well. Is it pickup and drop off at the same hour block count as 1 completed trip? or otherwise? Please some experience grabber help to clarifiy on this, it'll useful information for some others new grabber as well

Then there is big difference with the incentive I got already. Most of the time I get much lower incentive than I expected even tho I got >3 jobs   

yes. remember this. so u guys need to "available" to pick up a rider.
so 1 job per hour and chill ur self is better.

2. after rider drop off, drive a bit further, then open ALL windows and drive fast a bit to get air circulated away
3. Febreze all the seats. close windows.
extra: turn off aircond, but turn on fan full blast.

always have cool inhaler.
at least when u driving u can use that to cover that smel.
after drop the riders, spray ur seats and open window.

Yesterday night ping come and this guy spoil my mood. Once I accepted the ping then he pm me cancel. Ask him if wan cancel then his end cancel, then he pretend like duno how to cancel. I drove back to my area with he hanging there around 30min. Called CS and CS gv me standard answer. I really duno whats the point we need to call them for the remark, cause i ask CS what happen if my incentive affected due to this, her answer: kalau incentive pay tak sama pergi pj office atau email.

Mostly is those people playing around and knew our CR is important. Fcking hate this kind of rider.
