To avoid hassle,
always confirm the drop off point and area is correct with passenger in the cars before you click the pickup button.
This is what I usually do.

I have a case,
The passenger go to a pet shop.
So I ask if it is the shop name and the area,
and the passenger tell me the area is wrong but the pet shop name is correct as there are many branches in different area.

So you call grab to tell them the scenario and only can put the correct fares once drop off.
The CS will put a remark there and adjust back the fares since at the initial time the commission is deducted.

Hi Guys,

Based on the suggestion here,
I call to grab and report to them on below.

a.) Enhance the alert message on the passenger apps.
To include can only bring one more passenger for grabshare. Reason being no one will go and see the link

b.) Enhance the grabshare icon to add a combolist of how many pax?
If it is 3/4, then block it and advice him to use grabcar.

Hope I wont get banned

Scenario 3: Passenger A is onboard. Driver passes an ERP gantry and picks up Passenger B.
Tip 3: ERP charges will be split equally between both passengers.

turn off the toll option in waze, but remember turn it on sgai when fetch passenger.

or use google map, after set destination, use route option avoid route.

or use uber set destination to sambil see able pickup customer.

or use grab hitch to see someone same route and cover some expense

I also have issue with the grab driver apps disappear suddenly.
My concern is if it disappear, does it will not count the bunch of that minutes into the incentive?

I always found that the incentive I receive lower than I calculate

i think grab wont take away that pop up message for couple of months,
they want the passenger to use grabshare so that can pay us lesser incentive.

grab charge very high fare.

Today I saw fare suppose to be rm4, grab set it rm13.
The distance is really not long and not that jam on road, just it is raining.

Hi guys,

Just to let you know I encounter a passenger on last Friday that use a special promo code (not zeropromo).
Yesterday I call, CS said be will in by 2pm today. But I checked it is not.
Again I call up and they tell that the fares will be in by tonight and ask me see.

So if you see some special promo code that you not really sure, please take note on this if grab will reimburse back.

If you forget and grab also not reimburse and the amount is big, then you might lose that fares from your memory.

Just for info sharing.

This is a b2b module implemented in grab system to let the driver pick you up which is nearby the previous passenger drop off point.
Driver has no choice but to accept or else it will affect the driver's acceptance rating in which grab will think driver choosy in pickup the jobs like those taxi drivers.
Hence, grab also send you alert that you might require to wait some time since the driver still on going dropping off the passenger.

In this case, I would suggest you cancel the booking and rebooking again to see if able to get another driver who is nearby just in time.
